This dealer is horrible, just look at all the reviews, if you are inexperienced at buying cars you WILL GET SCAMMED!!! I Dealt with Jay Li for a new car, Jay was the definition of a sleazy used car salesman, you are inexperienced at buying cars you WILL GET SCAMMED!!! I Dealt with Jay Li for a new car, Jay was the definition of a sleazy used car salesman, trying to peddle extras I didn't want, then he tries to tell me Ceramic coating comes from the factory and I have to buy it, then tries to convince me that the car I had ordered would take 2 more years to come even though I'm 500 in the queue in May (this means my car will get here soon). Ended up canceling the deal on an Ioniq 5 Ultimate I waited 20 months for. Left a horrible taste in my month dealing with this guy. On top of that they wouldn't give me a refund and forced me to come back again to get it. 4 hours of my time wasted. Also posted my experience on the Hyundai Canada Facebook group. More
