Bought my 2022 Mustang GT at Thorncrest and dropped it off for its first oil change. Vijay Chaddah the Service Advisor booked an appointment for the car for 9:00 am. When I arrived he explained all the details of the oil change. At 10:00 am he called me and explained that the tech did not find any issues with the car and the oil/filter was changed. Vijay said 9:00 am and they took the car at 9:00 am. Vijay was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. He knows his job and is good at it. The Tech Josh who changed the oil/filter went the extra mile and checked all my under the hood fluids. The engine bay of the car was left nice and clean. Josh is a hard worker and very interested in his work. Please thank Vijay and Josh for me. I will return because of these two people. Richard Wilkie More

They have done oil change and tire rotation eight times for me ,since I have purchased my F150.However, the very last time they told me that I need a new battery, log nuts and cabin filter. I asked them if for me ,since I have purchased my F150.However, the very last time they told me that I need a new battery, log nuts and cabin filter. I asked them if they have inspected the cabin filter, they responded yes. However, if they had inspected it, they would have seen that I really did not need one as it was recently replaced. I checked my battery voltage, and it was at 12.6 Volts, which means it is OK, as it even started at minus 30 degrees. when I brought that to their attention, they claimed that the cold cranking amp's might have been low, which is BS. Because if it was too low, the car would not start at minus 30 degrees. As for the lug nuts, they claimed that they were swollen. Hence, they did not rotate the tires, but charged me for it. Anyway, I managed to get a refund for the work they had not done . But, the aggravation and the waste of time remains. More
