After bringing my SUV in for a repair on the air conditioner area. Brought my f150 in for sunroof repair, was told the guides covered under the TSB were the problem, thornecrest claimed to fix that part but yet was still unable to use the sunroof due to further damage guides covered under the TSB were the problem, thornecrest claimed to fix that part but yet was still unable to use the sunroof due to further damage. Brought it to my original purchasing dealer and they said they replaced the same exact part and now it works perfectly… thornecrest didn’t know I had warranty but my original dealer ship did.. funny how that works out when the thornecrest claims I need to pay $3000 for a full repair of my sunroof. P.S wrote very similar review on google and it’s funny how all of a sudden their staff tries to reach out afterwards rather when my truck is at the dealership and it’s impossible to reach anybody over the phone.
