Even when I decided on a different Truck at the Last Minute,, no one flinched or seemed Put-out! I've Always felt that Good Customer Service is as important as the Product itself! And I wasn't disappointed!! I'm Very Happy with my 2015 Ram truck! More

Overall very satisfing I was sent a letter stating that i was a preferred customer & to come in for a visit. I walked in stating i received a letter but no overall concern b I was sent a letter stating that i was a preferred customer & to come in for a visit. I walked in stating i received a letter but no overall concern by the first person i spoke with. I noticed a salesperson who immediately asked if they could help. Told them i was interested in maybe trading if the appraisal was reasonable. It was & i said interested in a Chrysler 200 entry model not loaded. Took one for a test drive & the deal was done.This was all positive but i do have some negative reviews as well. Looking back at that day i was not treated any different than any one else contrary to what the letter was referring to. Secondly i asked for remote start which is not available for a while so for the sake that they were going to have the car for a week & had the opportunity to install one , i did ask that they cover the remote & installation when it comes in but no go, although they are going to pay for a night at motel. And lastly i wanted to exchange my Sirius account with this new vehicle to continue with a great program which was mentioned to me that i had a year`s free trial but when i got to the motel & tried to exchange my account i was told i had no Sirius radio , so i called next day & they apologized that they made a mistake the new entry level does not have Sirius what a let down. Overall the experience was good but could have been excellent if some of the small details were looked after. TK`s More

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I gave the sales person both a dealbreaker list and a wishlist. She was able to fulfill the items that I wanted in the model I preferred. Good product, good staff I got a vehicle that I wanted from a very friendly knowledgeable staff. BUT.......There were a little errors on their part in a few areas of the deal I got a vehicle that I wanted from a very friendly knowledgeable staff. BUT.......There were a little errors on their part in a few areas of the dealings. 1) After I bought the vehicle, I got a phone call asking how I liked the service and what could they have done to make me their customer. The person calling did not know that I had just bought a truck. 2) When doing the paperwork, the finance officer put the wrong financing option on the contract and had to re-do the contract. 3) When I spun the wheel to see what I won (only a jug of windshield washer) it was to be in the truck when I picked it up the next day, and it was not.
