The last 3 trucks I have bought from Lakehead and he by far is the best salesmen I have ever dealt with including other dealers! As far as dealing with Bryan Sullivan from the finance department it changed my overall experience buying a new truck. I felt I was in the gong show! This soured everything Nick did to make it great. Dealing with other finance people on purchasing new trucks from Lakehead was very smooth. Not to get into the details be warned dealing with him!!!!! If it was not for him I would have given 5 stars. Patient Salesperson Always wanting to buy a Jeep - I debated over a 'new' 2014 Wrangler Unlimited off the lot - but in the end wound up ordering a 2015 Wrangler Unlimited Always wanting to buy a Jeep - I debated over a 'new' 2014 Wrangler Unlimited off the lot - but in the end wound up ordering a 2015 Wrangler Unlimited from the factory. Although sometimes distracted by other customers/calls due to being busy - Brendan Dillon was a very helpful, patient and efficient salesperson with EXCEPTIONAL communication skills. He even answered emails about my order while he was on vacation. Cheri Papa, who handles the financial end of things, was always friendly and personable, I found it best to list everything I wanted in a vehicle and give my target payment price to cut through too much back and forth. Ask for Brendan to get someone easy and sensible to deal with. All in all, so far a good experience. More

Spectacular Service for a couple of nobodies We were traveling through Thunder Bay on June 24. Our Leisure Unity travel van had a burned out headlight that needed replacement. We spotted a Merced We were traveling through Thunder Bay on June 24. Our Leisure Unity travel van had a burned out headlight that needed replacement. We spotted a Mercedes Dealership and pulled in. Turns out it was an arm of Lakehead Motors so they, after making sure Lakehead had the part, sent us there to get a replacement. We were told to wait and they would fit us in so we started cooking up some bacon for breakfast and settling in for an expected long wait. Bacon didn't have time to get cooked.
