Very good experience! Nick was great! He made us feel very comfortable right away. He helped us get what we wanted within our budget. I'm picky about customer service and I Nick was great! I would definitely deal with Nick again to purchase another vehicle. The only negative thing I would say is that the pitch by another person to get the extended warranties was too much for me. I was feeling pressured which was a little insulting. Having said that, this person was from out of town and just helping out. I'm sure things are probably a little different in sales when you are from a big city. More

corrected 2 issues The ac didn't seem to blow enough volume from dash ever since I bought 4 wks ago. I couldn't use truck if weather was over 29 Celsius cus ac couldn't The ac didn't seem to blow enough volume from dash ever since I bought 4 wks ago. I couldn't use truck if weather was over 29 Celsius cus ac couldn't keep up. I took it back there to show salesman Doug and Chris took care of it no charge. Turns out the actuator had to be changed and whole dash had to come out. This was a big job but they said they were going to make it right for me. Also the intermittent wipers were messed up and they changed the motor and made that right too. I was surprised and thrilled that they did this for me. I was worried and upset when I found out about the issues cus I thought I would have to live with it. I'm 55 and this is the 1st time I bought a vehicle from a dealer because I had the opinion that they are ripoff places. Well I'm certainly of the opinion now that Lakehead Motors is just the opposite. I would not hesitate to make future deals with Doug and Chris. More
