VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WARRANTY SERVICE over the past 7 months I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer, the latest one being a 2016 Jeep Patriot, the vehicle was not running properly so over the past 7 months I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer, the latest one being a 2016 Jeep Patriot, the vehicle was not running properly so we arranged to drop it at the dealer a week after the purchase , there was a few minor fix ups as per normal with one exception, the engine idles at approximately 1200 RPM and when placed in gear it starts to move at around 12-15 kph and if you put it into reverse the vehicle moves at between 5-10 kph. The service writer and tech claim this is normal and there is nothing more that can be done, not being quite satisfied with that answer , I contacted OMVIC who were somewhat sympathetic and less than helpful, they directed me to Chrysler Canada and they stated that this is NOT NORMAL for this vehicle and the dealer should in fact go through the vehicle and check it out completely and reset the idle etc. I relayed this information and as per usual rather then admit they really never checked the vehicle out,as a result of what I feel is a safety issue, and the complete and utter lack of customer care/service I am now, for the sake of my families safety taking the drastic action of "trading in" this 2016 Jeep for a NISSAN, and after 20 plus years of being a loyal Lakehead Motors customer I am disappointed with the complete and utter lack of service and customer care. I asked to speak with the Owner (Michael Commuzzi) but I guess that the 3 vehicles in the last 7 months does not qualify me to be treated as a loyal customer. I will never do business with this dealer again and if and when I choose to purchase another Dodge/Chrysler product I will travel the 800 miles to Toronto to do so. Should anyone ask me about my experience I will be honest and direct them to purchase vehicles from any other dealer, as a consumer you can only ignore my issues for so long, let alone try to diffuse the severity of the safety issue with a shrug and 'oh well 3 people drove it on the highway it ran ok' , well MR Commuzzi it is not OK, your 'SERVICE' is non SERVICE More
