absolute terribble service 2017 ram 2500 throughout summer didn't start a few times ,went to move it out of garage noticed oil leak brought it in,told them batterys are weak the 2017 ram 2500 throughout summer didn't start a few times ,went to move it out of garage noticed oil leak brought it in,told them batterys are weak they called me back 3 days later says yes batterys are week we will change batterys and pan gasket go pick up didn't change batterys and truck wound'nt start and gave me bill saying batterys are ok leave truck there go get again a another week later don 't start again service manager gives me bull I just paid and left. truck has full warranty 56k on it ,warranty don't mean nothing if you own a dodge,heard about there terrible service now I've experience'd it never deal there again absolutely terriblle More

Great service manager and specfically 1 worker. I've been taking my Ram there for some warranty items and have always been treated very well. Shane is really accommodating and does his best to help me in any situation. Because of the warranty package, I have been given loaner vehicles when parts have been delayed, at no cost to me. Josh P has always been the tech working on my truck and I've never had 1 complaint about his work. Everything is done by the book and in a timely manor. He goes the extra mile to explain to me what they are about to do on the truck before the work even begins. At pick up, both guys always greet me and show me the work they completed. More

Great sales! Shakey service. Usually sales sells the first and service sells the rest, in this case sales was great but service has ruined my experience. When i bought my vehicle Usually sales sells the first and service sells the rest, in this case sales was great but service has ruined my experience. When i bought my vehicle i had an option added which required some simple wiring to be installed. Since i am a mechanic myself, i am deeply disappointed in the workmanship. The vehicle should have never left the shop in that state since they used non water tight connections and no wire loom. If the wiring was never repaired it would have corroded or shorted out in no time. After i brought it back to be redone, I still had to finish the job myself. When i saw their redo, they only redid the places that could easily be seen! I am not sure if the poor workmanship is due to being rushed or just laziness, either way a dealer should not turn out a sub par product. More
