Excellent Customer Service It was great to see a friendly face when I walked in the showroom. I was looking for a vehicle but didn't know exactly what kind. Charger Just shopping around a couple of weeks ago, stopped in to see if any Chargers were on site. No such luck, but there were two on there way someplace, l Just shopping around a couple of weeks ago, stopped in to see if any Chargers were on site. No such luck, but there were two on there way someplace, looked over the spec sheets during the weekend on both and with a little prodding from Taki decided on the Charger R/T. Still had to wait for it to arrive and was a little concerned about the color, but after it arrived and I saw it, I was very satisfied. Overall a nice transaction. Jim Pudas More

Grand Caravan Trade In Wanted to trade my Caravan for a Journey. They had no seven passenger models available. I opted for a new caravan. Although I am happy with the vehicle, the final process was very disorganized. They misplaced the insurance card. I was also supposed to transfer plates, but they registered it for new ones (if I had been aware of this, we would have put both our names on the registration). I had bought a car from another dealership in the same week, and had a better experience and a better warranty plan from the other dealership. More

Doug has been awesome as well with his help on my trade in and the issues with the Jeep we bought from him. Overall great customer service and making things right.
