Horrible sales manager. Talked aggressively, and would not allow me to speak. Everything I said he just contradicted. I have never been treated worse especially considering it was a Jeep recall issue. Certainly willing to take your money for the sale but as far as customer service this place is probably one of the worst. So if that is important to you go somewhere else. More
The sales team is fine, until you have to bring in your brand new vehicle you’ll find out real quick how awful the service dept. is. Save yourself the frustration and exhaustion and don’t buy here. My recent encounter with Lakehead Motors' service department was disappointing and concerning. Despite not purchasing from them, their predatory practices were evident. This blatant attempt at extracting unjustifiable charges highlights their disregard for fairness and integrity. Absolute worst service you could ever get from a dealership. Have bought 2 new vehicles from them now and if you need service before any mechanical issues afterwards you better have lots of time and dealership. Even when you schedule an appointment to have something changed they will keep your vehicle all day then tell you we don’t have the part we need to complete the work. Have had them order the parts twice now before hand had the vehicle scheduled to go in when parts are in stock then tell me after a 10 hour day they don’t have the parts. Thanks for wasting my time. I've had very few if any positive transactions with this dealership. They don't seem to care whether you're satisfied or not. I've written several letters to both the vice president AND the OWNER and never dealership. They don't seem to care whether you're satisfied or not. Make phone calls, write letters, it makes no difference. Anything you say will fall on deaf ears. How they are able to stay in business is totally beyond me. More
