I was very disappointed with Totem Ford. I brought my car in for a wheel alignment and came out with a car that pulled to the right and had a crooked steering wheel. I asked if they had test driven the car, they said 'ooh yes'.But if it had been you would think a specialist in wheel alignment would notice such a thing Especially after I told them the initial problem was that it pulled to the right. I asked for a rear seal to be replaced, they chose to not do it without calling me despite being reassured they would call me if there were any issues. They never called. I saw the vehicle sitting in the lot for over an hour before I decided to go wait at the dealership. Stayed 15 min and went to speak with the young man at the desk who seemed surprised to see me. He said it was all done! But it cost $600 more than the estimate! This was for having less work done and a sloppy wheel alignment. Very disappointing. They just seemed to roll right over me never communicating with me, giving me inaccurate quotes. More
