I was looking for a tow vehicle and and I had two in mind. Within a minute or two Dimitri was there and was super helpful and courteous. We discussed what I was looking for and he helped me make the best decision of the two. It was friendly, and there was no nonsense or pushy sales tactics. This is not always the case in other dealerships I've been to. Sometimes I've stood waiting for a long time to talk to someone. Other times I just left.
