Called before we went to see a car advertised on their website. When we got their they started making excuses about a mistake online, the car was actually $5,000 more. Made no effort to negotiate a reas website. When we got their they started making excuses about a mistake online, the car was actually $5,000 more. Made no effort to negotiate a reasonable deal. Then they wanted even more money if we paid cash. Very shady place. Will NEVER try to buy from them again and will tell our friends to stay clear. It doesn’t have to be this way when buying a used car. One week later we bought a great Ford at an out of town Chrysler dealership. They couldn’t have been nicer and threw in lots of extras. Galt Chrysler was great! More
Underhanded, slimy sales tactics. Insisted that I had to take their “E-Tron package” of bundled dealer add-ons and tacked an additional 5% on the advertised price. One. That package does not exist and consumers are not required to purchase any dealer add-ons. Two. Dealers must sell for the advertised price. Do not deal with these guys. If you encounter this tactic report it to OMVIC and Ford Canada like I did. More
They are the best of the world! I’m a Chinese, every time I went there, they gave me the same high quality of service. Today I just got a oil change service from them, it’s not lik I’m a Chinese, every time I went there, they gave me the same high quality of service. Today I just got a oil change service from them, it’s not like a big and expensive car service but they still offered me the same great quality service like I spent lots of money from there. Everyone was nice and smiling to me. The environment is clean and neat. The coffee there was really good too. They washed my car, and refilled the windshield washer fluid for my car for free. Omg, I love this place sooooo much! Everyone should go there! All the Best to everyone who works there! Love you guys! More
Very unprofessional, waste of time and they wanted to extort an additional $5000.00 worth of unwanted dealer installed options. We were told it was mandatory and we had to take them. Misleading, unethical are some of the words I would use to describe the sales team at this dealership. Customer service from both the sales person and the sales manager is/was some of the worst I have expe to describe the sales team at this dealership. Run as fast as you can. Lies upon lies with no resolution in sight. Bought an rvr on september 24 2021. Brought it home only to returned it on the 28th. Headlights not working, air conditioning not working, and bluetooth not working. They promised to find a similar car to replace the car we bought because the bluetooth and AC were irrepairable. It is now October 25, 2021. They still have the car but are not intending to give money back OR replace it with one that works. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNETHICAL DEALERSHIP and Nestor and The manager Adam We will be seeking the advice of a lawyer. More
I went in to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and I should have walked away from the start. Dealership is very unprofessional. Numerous calls to dealership with no response from sales or finance team I should have walked away from the start. Dealership is very unprofessional. Numerous calls to dealership with no response from sales or finance team. Told me they had me approved for financing then told me to pick up the vehicle without providing any information on the financing. After I was told I had been approved for financing they still had finance companies doing inquiries on my credit bureau impacting my credit score. When I finally got the information about the financing the numbers I was being quoted were about $60 bi-weekly more than they should have been. They also told me at the time off the sale that "all of our vehicles come with a full tank of gas" only to find out that they charge you for it . The car I purchased had a mechanical issue that they told me had already been fixed and now my car has been back in the dealership for close to a week to be repaired properly. When I took the vehicle back to be repaired they were quite rude about it. Recieved a call saying car was ready to be picked up as they had to change the steering column. Left the lot only to find out they had not done an alignment after the work. I had to turn my wheel to the right to get the car to go in a straight line. Back to the dealership to have the work completed hopefully correctly this time. Also found they had broken on of my window covers while it was in their shop and didn't bother to pass that on, probably in hopes I would have not noticed. Also after trying to pick up the car the first time I noticed greasy hand prints on the inside of the door which I did point out to my sales person hoping he would look after it. When I picked up the car the second time surprise the greasy had print is still there. They did offer me a good price for my trade in then I checked online to see what they were selling it for and they said it used to be this price now it's $1000 cheaper. I guess they do this with all of their vehicles to trick the customer in to thinking they are getting a deal. I don't see how it could be discounted from the higher price when I just traded it in and it was the first time it was listed. The only positive was they gave me a nice loaner to use while my car is being repaired. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone they are very unprofessional and the quality of work performed in their service department is quite possibly the worst I have seen. More
Very unhappy with sales men. To many lies. By the time I seen one salesman within two days I seen three.
