I went in to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and I should have walked away from the start. Dealership is very unprofessional. Numerous calls to dealership with no response from sales or finance team I should have walked away from the start. Dealership is very unprofessional. Told me they had me approved for financing then told me to pick up the vehicle without providing any information on the financing. After I was told I had been approved for financing they still had finance companies doing inquiries on my credit bureau impacting my credit score. When I finally got the information about the financing the numbers I was being quoted were about $60 bi-weekly more than they should have been. They also told me at the time off the sale that "all of our vehicles come with a full tank of gas" only to find out that they charge you for it . The car I purchased had a mechanical issue that they told me had already been fixed and now my car has been back in the dealership for close to a week to be repaired properly. When I took the vehicle back to be repaired they were quite rude about it. Recieved a call saying car was ready to be picked up as they had to change the steering column. Left the lot only to find out they had not done an alignment after the work. I had to turn my wheel to the right to get the car to go in a straight line. Back to the dealership to have the work completed hopefully correctly this time. Also found they had broken on of my window covers while it was in their shop and didn't bother to pass that on, probably in hopes I would have not noticed. Also after trying to pick up the car the first time I noticed greasy hand prints on the inside of the door which I did point out to my sales person hoping he would look after it. When I picked up the car the second time surprise the greasy had print is still there. They did offer me a good price for my trade in then I checked online to see what they were selling it for and they said it used to be this price now it's $1000 cheaper. I guess they do this with all of their vehicles to trick the customer in to thinking they are getting a deal. I don't see how it could be discounted from the higher price when I just traded it in and it was the first time it was listed. The only positive was they gave me a nice loaner to use while my car is being repaired. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone they are very unprofessional and the quality of work performed in their service department is quite possibly the worst I have seen. More

This place is a s$&@ show. Run away and run fast. Nestor made a horrible mess, Jade made the mess worse and the sales manager Adam put the icing on that cake. Was close getting a deal done on the Pacific Hybrid then found out the mileage on the vehicle didn't match what was listed on their ad. They wouldn't budge on the price for me but keeps discounting the pric found out the mileage on the vehicle didn't match what was listed on their ad. I then see the price discounted again a few days later and asked them what's going on as they said they sold it but didn't get any response. Simply put, I would describe this dealership with 1 word, "DISHONEST". More

I have just recently purchased a mitsubishi rvr 2016 gt from terrace Ford.......it was the car that I wanted but it has had issues that have been a headache to be repaired at no cost to me .... it is still from terrace Ford.......it was the car that I wanted but it has had issues that have been a headache to be repaired at no cost to me .... it is still underneath mitsubishi warranty and they told me today that they can not guarantee that they can fix problem with Bluetooth phone audio...... kinda feel like I'm losing out abit.....terrace Ford did try to help resolve problems but it has yet to be to my satisfaction.......will update if they do More

I live in Leamington, Terrace Ford had the 2019 White Ford Fusion I have been looking for, plus had 1 year and 10 months remaining warranty. My sales Rep. Arsalan Ahmed returned my inquiry immediatedly a Ford Fusion I have been looking for, plus had 1 year and 10 months remaining warranty. My sales Rep. Arsalan Ahmed returned my inquiry immediatedly and sent me a video of the Fusion inside and out. I was able to place a small d/p to hold the car for 4 days until I could get to Burlington. During that time I was referred to Jose Merida, in the finance division, he secured the loan, and purchased plates within hours. I have never purchased a vehicle site unseen, however if I was not fully satisfied with the Fusion at our Saturday morning meeting I was under no obligation to purchase the vehicle, and my full down payment would be returned to me. The Fusion was perfect, all the paperwork was signed, and I drove off with my new car, within 2 hours. More
