I wish I could give them zero. I am their regular customer since 2019, bought my car from their and also getting it serviced on regular intervals from them. Continued to go there even when I moved to woodstock from Burlington.This friday at 1:30pm, I went their for regular car service from woodstock and handed over my Car and keys. As I went their from far, I decided to have a look on their vehicle lot. Salesperson Andrew took my car keys from service for appraising my car value and never return back the keys to service department. At 5:30pm, when they close the dealership I came to know that my car is not serviced. Salesperson showing absolute greed for sales numbers wasted my whole day. They don't value loyalty, they don't value customer time. You are just a sales lead for them. More

Had my Escape in for a service. I was told that rear stabilizing arms needed replacement at $1500, was a safety issue, rubber bushings worn. Terrible experience----got a window sticker price and info from a sales person over email and text. Went to test drive---and then to purchase car and got told by the sales person that it was now $11k mor info from a sales person over email and text. Went to test drive---and then to purchase car and got told by the sales person that it was now $11k more than sticker and MSRP!! Emailed Ford and the dealership general manager and never heard anything back about this unethical and illegal technique and would give them zero stars if possible.
