I love my team Hyundai vecile I have had plenty of vehicles over the years but my Santa fe is now my second Hyundai and I will always drive Hyundai. And the service you receive from staff. I recommend Team Hyundai and more importantly Jason Pilgrim from the service department..... Very first oil change, a corrosive substance ate away at steering wheel. They had to order a new steering wheel for which they misaligned twice! Constant knocking noise that they wouldn't fix. Messed up alignment twice after a major maintenance. Two months after that maintenance, went to another dealership due to issues who found so many issues with the car and couldn't believe the condition of brakes and other components. Took me 4 calls recently to get my all season tires out of storage. Never again! More
Worst customer experience I ever had in Canada I would never recommend business with Team Hyundai to anybody. I was eligible for and interest rate of 4.90. They gave me 5.99. And put forward an I would never recommend business with Team Hyundai to anybody. I was eligible for and interest rate of 4.90. They gave me 5.99. And put forward an unworthy deal that If i purchase an extra package they can bring down the interest rate to 4.90. Then if you ask for cancellation they will argue for a 500 deductible. They delivered the car with lots of stain on the front and back seat. They didn't even do the detailing they promised. Worst customer experience I ever had. More
Ill Swear to God these guys are the Best Hyundia Dealership I am absolutely impressed with Brampton Hyundia Queen St. I went to another Hyunda dealership(Glen Erin) where I was almost a victim of paying 1000's I am absolutely impressed with Brampton Hyundia Queen St. I went to another Hyunda dealership(Glen Erin) where I was almost a victim of paying 1000's more, considering the difference of price they were giving me, I could not believe it. Hyundia Queen Street saved me over $3000 including the added free oil changes and other incentives. I will tell you, I dont care about any other reviews, these guys are very very good and i mean good because they give you the best price, and they seem extremely honest. I was recommended to go there by a close friend who compared 3 dealerships pricing for the same vehicle last year, they could not be beat. I made an error went to Glen Erin, but then checked Brampton Queen, wow what a difference, I was also given a price within 20 mins compared to 2hrs at the other dealership and the other who wasted my time, couldnt compare in pricing. I highly recomend this dealership, if you truly want the best price out there. More

Worst Experience Ever Went the Team Hyundai for a specific vehicle that is hard to find (manual transmission Santa Fe) the customer service was amazing until we closed the Went the Team Hyundai for a specific vehicle that is hard to find (manual transmission Santa Fe) the customer service was amazing until we closed the deal. 10 days after we brought the suv home, we discovered a warped rotor, an oil leak and then the clutch went. We were told "that's what happens sometimes when you buy a used car". Which is total BS coming from a dealership. We were also sold a $2100 warranty that we did not know about and have 0 information on. The suv has been sitting inoperable for over 2 weeks and we've only had it 1 month. We spoke with multiple people who told us nothing, then my husband spoke with the used car sales manager who promised to call back. 1.5 weeks later, no phone call. I called and spoke with the general manager who was 100% in agreement with me but we'll see if he calls back. I have already spoken with the Used Car Dealership Association regarding their conduct. The UCDA is completely in agreement with me and waiting for my go-ahead to take action. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. More
Service sucks big time Oh where do I start Oct 2012 I purchase a new coupe no problems till this year when my problems started when in for warrantee work in Feb this year a Oh where do I start Oct 2012 I purchase a new coupe no problems till this year when my problems started when in for warrantee work in Feb this year and I still have problem mine you it's started out intimately and since may it worsen I will never take a car for service at Team old service manager Tony feeds you full of BS and I tryed to contact the new service manager 3 time and to this day NO responses what the matter John no phone? Same for the owner reads e-mail and no reply.Ordering wrong parts for repairs getting the car back with parts left on the floor and a-pillars only pushed back into place and the dash fack up all have pic to prove! and they say technicians train by Hyundai. Made an appointment for a oil change was there the next day at 7.45 am before they open and finally got my car back at 9 45 am and I didn't ask for a wash so WHY so long when one makes an appointment I have to draw my own conclusion that the take the money for the car and the rest is up to you! When this matter is closed I will NEVER purchase a car from the Policaro team! The only thing I can say is that Domenic does keep me informed as to what's happening and like I stated to Domenic the problem is NOT with him it's behind the wall, and in the office, and even Hyundai Canada!!! Sales rep lie, bait and switch tactic I reached out to Syed Hasan who is a sales rep there. I was almost closing a deal at a different dealership but he said he would offer a better deal if i just came in A WEEK LATER WHEN HE WAS WOKRING. Well lo and behold, I did go in and he had no stock of the car he said he had, didn't know what kind of car I asked for and worst of all, tried to push a different model. He didn't know any stock levels and kept coming back with the wrong information. He even had the nerve to say that the car we wanted was NOT AVAILABLE AT ANY DEALERSHIP in Ontario. Well we went to a different dealership 20 minutes down the road, PINE VIEW HYUNDAI, 3790 HIGHWAY 7 WEST, and they had the car we were looking for. He is a liar. PINE VIEW HYUNDAI is more knowledgeable, and gave it to us for a small margin above dealer cost. DON'T GO HERE. More
