HORRIBLE!! stay away the engine on my sonata blew due to a recall that is clearly listed on transport Canada's web site. we are still being given the run around and every the engine on my sonata blew due to a recall that is clearly listed on transport Canada's web site. we are still being given the run around and every time we ask about our vehicle we get a shoulder shrug and a I don't know. its been one week and they haven't even looked at our vehicle yet. I called customer relations 3 days ago....still no phone calls from anyone trying to solve the problem. no one is giving us answers. every time we call the service dept we either get voice mail or a busy signal. stay away .....go any where but there!!! Worst customer service i ever had. They cheated on me about road side assistance. I was on road for 4 to 5 hours(battery problem) and nobody reapond from team hyundai. After i ever had.
