Waste of Time!!! We went to Hyundai to look at the Elantra. In fairness to Ken, he was very knowledgeable of the vehicle, very helpful and friendly. We signed the paper as we have decided we wanted the Elantra, a brand new Elantra. Ken had informed us that Chris, the Finance Manager will contact us regarding the loan aproval. Got a call from Chris the next day, saying that the due to some issues with our credit (that we were aware of from the beginning), there are more documents required to be able to get a loan approval. This took more than a few days, exchanging calls, and finally a week after, we got informed by Chris that the loan was finally approved. Very happy and excited, we went back to the dealership to sign the papers, and lo and behold, we were presented with a used car with 5000 km mileage on it! According to Ken and Chris, this is not a used car, just a vehicle that was used by a manager who quit his job 2 days ago! we were very disappointed, we felt like we were left in the dark, getting an approval for a used vehicle without informing us! and to make matters worst, when we said we were not interested with a used vehicle, Chris the finance manager, insulted us by saying that he didn't think we would be able to put down a deposit to be approved for a brand new car!!!! we were so insulted by this comment! Although Ken was helpful, Chris totally ruined it for Hyundai! There is no way that we will deal with this dealership ever again! We went to another dealership, got approved for a loan for a brand new car, on the spot! More
Worst customer service ever THEY called ME to schedule oil change appointment. I waited 15 mins just to be told that my car wouldn't be done before 8p (apptmt was for 630p). Couple of days later I went to Speedy on Queen St and my car was done in under 30 mins. (Fantastic service, always, thank you Graham, Mgr and your team). This dealership doesn't deserve and will never get my business. Previously dealt with Attrell Hyundai years ago and they were incredible at that location. More

This was the last straw after a nightmare of experiences during the last dozen or so services. Numerous issues with service not done properly, delays on parts, wrong parts ordered, unable to diagnose a problem despite 10 separate service visits, no rental or loaner available despite promise on the phone to have one. Regular oil used for oil change service despite having used synthetic for the life of the vehicle. Apology was made - it was an oversight. "We promise to do it right next time", was the final response. Many promises to call about issues (like when car is ready for pickup or a part has arrived) and no calls...had to call in ourselves only to find out we should have been called several days ago. No followups on requests for information and replacement parts such as FOBs. We own 2 Hyundai vehicles and both have had service issues at this place in the last 2 years (2014,2015). No issues the previous 5 years. Now every visit is a bad experience. We are now switching dealers as our problems have not been handled in any satisfactory way despite discussions with owner's son (Fortune) who runs the place and the new service manager Tony. Sales department was great - service department was worst experienced in 30 years. Usually don't do reviews like this online but figure that those looking for a service center need to be warned. Nothing but grief at Team Hyundai in Brampton. More
Poor Customer Service I went to this location to get my brand new Hyundai Sonata's engine repaired. It has now been 7 weeks and all I hear is excuse after excuse; throughou I went to this location to get my brand new Hyundai Sonata's engine repaired. It has now been 7 weeks and all I hear is excuse after excuse; throughout my entire experience, Tom the service adviser, has told me that he's waiting for a response from Hyundai Canada. However, I don't believe that a simple response would take more than 7 weeks. Additionally, when I visit the dealership, I see my car in horrible condition. There is bird feces on it, and it simply looks unkempt. To further my frustration, this dealership has not provided me with a rental despite the fact that my warranty covers a rental until I've reached 100,000 km-I am only at 15,000 km. It is honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in my life, and I would not recommend any individual to purchase a vehicle from this location. More

We shopped around at a number of dealerships, but Team Hyundai and Sam Gideon was , bar none, by far the best. I am extremely happy with the product and service and would recommended to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. More
The experience started out great. Sadly, they never followed through and ensured my traded-in was paid out correctly. After I paid more then $750.00 in car payments in one week because of this mistake followed through and ensured my traded-in was paid out correctly. After I paid more then $750.00 in car payments in one week because of this mistake the service went bad. The answer I kept getting from the sales guy was "I can't make this decision". When I asked to speak to someone that could no one got one the phone. This went on for a couple of weeks. When I finally got the cheque back from the mistake it was not for the correct amount. When I called about it Hyundai Canada spoke with the dealership and the answer was for me to call my old dealer. I have bought five cars and this was the worst experience I have ever had. I should have thought more about the online reviews about Team Hyundai. After the sale they don't care. As this was my experience as well. More
Being new to Canada, I had troubles getting a car. Team Hyundai made is possible for me. With various troubles coming my way at every step, Sami, Reggie, Steven and Charles worked out things for me and eve Hyundai made is possible for me. With various troubles coming my way at every step, Sami, Reggie, Steven and Charles worked out things for me and even waited for me late hours. They made my experience of getting a new car so pleasant that I don't mind driving 50 kms to speak to them anytime. Finance department taught me everything about buying a car or leasing a car without any tantrum. Team Hyundai understood my culture and even knew the dates I am not supposed to buy a car as I am a Hindu and its inauspicious to buy metal on Saturday. They were awesome!! I love Team Hyundai! More
