Big and open inside. Lots of folks working and lots of capacity to handle clients. Unfortunately it is more like an assembly line than a dealership. Our sales person didn’t show up when we said we would be there. We saw the sales manager for 1 minute who couldn’t help us cause he had a meeting. We didn’t get any history on the vehicle we were buying. Even with the lack of human interaction, and interest in making us happy it still took us from 9am to 2:30pm to get out of there. That was with no conversations on price or trade in or anything. Just paperwork. We we were also told a very different number on financing. We were told 5.5% would be the highest and likely lower closer to 3.99 with approved credit score which is fantastic we got a loan with 6.8%. Which is nuts. We were also told we couldn’t pay it off for 7 months by our finance guy yet we don’t see that clause anywhere in our paperwork. They knew we were coming all the way from Merritt 4 days in advance and had a large deposit on the vehicle. Yet had nothing done up front. More

The condescending and better then you attitude makes it hard to ever return. I just purchased a truck at over $113,000.00 and it needed to be serviced as the check engine light was on after 60 km. That was not the problem, these things happen. Jeff is the problem. On your Go Auto website it states FREE SERVICE LOANERS. Jeff was going to charge me for a loaner??? After all the $$$ I just spent. It was not about the $ it was about he could care less if I or my truck was there. It was a simple fix but took 3 days to complete. I asked he again for a loaner on the second day and he informed me that there is a charge I tolk him that this was unacceptable and then he did provide one. I asked about the free loaners and the website and he said since I was new and didn't know how things work that team ford doesn’t do free loaners and that are very small signs saying that the practice has changed. Now you pay. I have been to other Ford dealerships and received free loaners and will go back to them for my service as my business seems to matter to them. More
The new car market was pretty sparse at the time I was looking in the early quarter of 2022, but luckily for me I was contacted by Thomas at the right time who was able to find me the vehicle I was lookin looking in the early quarter of 2022, but luckily for me I was contacted by Thomas at the right time who was able to find me the vehicle I was looking for, while maximizing my F-150 Trade-In. All of it felt seamless, and easy going. Also a huge shoutout needs to be made for Gislaine and the rest of financing department, as they really do go above and beyond for their prospective and current clients. More
Didn’t call back as promised. Claimed they couldn’t move on price due to a wheel alignment that needed to be done that they said was 4-500$ but couldn’t do it before we picked up. When we did pick up the current manager said oh we didn’t do it I can credit you the 75$ it will cost. Finance office wouldn’t take no for an answer and even when we said no to warranties from the salesman they charged us for key fob and rim warranty. When we did pick up the truck it wasn’t detailed as promised and there was still even a pair of sunglasses in the truck so obviously it didn’t get looked at very well at all. Overall the sales guy was ok while we were there but as soon as you leave the dealer they don’t care about you anymore. We were supposed to get a phonecall the following day a couple of times and never heard anything from anyone other than when we were 10 minutes behind to go pick up our vehicle. but the experience overall was definitely not one I would want to have again. More
Friendly and responsive staff. With the inventory being at historic lows, I didn’t think I would be able to find the truck that I wanted with the options I was looking for. Team Ford not only found my “unicorn” but also made the entire purchasing process including adding all customize accessories I wanted to do very easy. 95% of the process was done virtually and I just had to show up the day of delivery to pick up my truck. Great work Team Ford! More
Thanks to Jeff Ziober for saving me thousands of dollars! Took it in for a recall but they found some major problems and found it still was under warranty. The lady at the budget rental was awesome.
