Never had such excellent service Victor Kim was one of the most friendliest, honest, and helpful sales employees that I have ever met. He did not pressure me into buying car which is Victor Kim was one of the most friendliest, honest, and helpful sales employees that I have ever met. He did not pressure me into buying car which is something I really look for in determining great customer service. Some sales people (not at this dealership) will pressure you into buying a car so much that the experience becomes uncomfortable, that is something Victor didn't do. Victor educated me about the car that I was interested in but ultimately, let the decision be mine. I will definitely recommend all my friends and family to this location if they are ever considering purchasing a new vehicle. I'd also like to mention that the whole team at this Ford location were very welcoming and friendly the moment I walked into their building. Keep it up guys and thank-you again Victor! More
