Jay was great I had an accident and was having issues with my insurance company. I needed a vehicle to get to work. Jay was able to get me into a vehicle that I wanted with the payments I could afford. My experience was painless and I was driving my truck the very next day. Victor Kim was quick to respond to my inquiry and provided a fantastic option that fit all of our needs. The vehicle, a 2012 Ford Fiesta, came in under budget and was prepared for delivery even before our insurance company could update their policy! He had the paperwork prepared for us in advance so the normally tedious process took me less than 5 minutes to complete. On the day of delivery, he even picked me up at my office to complete the transaction. If you are looking for a vehicle for personal or commercial use, I will not hesitate to recommend Victor Kim to provide straight forward and efficient service that translated into a first-class customer service experience! Team ford! I went to team ford because a friend of mine recommend to me for a ford truck. He directed me to jay and I had already had in mind what I was looking I went to team ford because a friend of mine recommend to me for a ford truck. He directed me to jay and I had already had in mind what I was looking for. Jay pointed me in the right direction to my super cab. =] since there was complications with financing they found a bank that would work for me and even cut some of the price off the truck for the troubles. Overall a good experience buying my first truck. More
