Found out information my husband and I were seeking about Kelly Zack was very professional, friendly and always on the job. Answered emails quickly. Found out information my husband and I were seeking about the 2016 Fiesta I wanted to purchase. Even traded shifts with staff. Kelly did whatever he could to accommodate us. His customer service while I was in the process of buying the car was outstanding. Gislaine Correia, was friendly and professional. I'm not sure why, but we were rushed through the paperwork and some of it was not explained. We were not in a hurry. A lesson learned for next time. Because the car had been test driven so many times, it was dirty inside. My husband and I came back 2 weeks later to have it complementary cleaned. Kelly even bought us breakfast. What service! More
