Victor Kim was quick to respond to my inquiry and provided a fantastic option that fit all of our needs. The vehicle, a 2012 Ford Fiesta, came in under budget and was prepared for delivery even before our insurance company could update their policy! He had the paperwork prepared for us in advance so the normally tedious process took me less than 5 minutes to complete. On the day of delivery, he even picked me up at my office to complete the transaction. If you are looking for a vehicle for personal or commercial use, I will not hesitate to recommend Victor Kim to provide straight forward and efficient service that translated into a first-class customer service experience! Found out information my husband and I were seeking about the 2016 Fiesta I wanted to purchase. Even traded shifts with staff. Kelly did whatever he could to accommodate us. His customer service while I was in the process of buying the car was outstanding. Gislaine Correia, was friendly and professional. I'm not sure why, but we were rushed through the paperwork and some of it was not explained. We were not in a hurry. A lesson learned for next time. Because the car had been test driven so many times, it was dirty inside. My husband and I came back 2 weeks later to have it complementary cleaned. Kelly even bought us breakfast. What service! More
