Going into Team Ford, our plan was to just look at and learn more about their SUV's and maybe purchase one in a month or so. Then, we had a change of plans. Going in, I admit that I probably had a bit of a wall up, prepared to deal with an aggressive and overly pushy salesperson as had been the case at other dealerships. Not so at Team Ford! We had done some vehicle research and decided that we wanted to compare the 2018 Edge with the 2018 Escape to find which one suited us best. In all, Swarn came with us to test drive one Edge and two Escapes. He made these test drives so pleasant and answered our questions easily and honestly. We loved the Escape Titanium but we had really hoped for a different colour. Swarn went to speak with Sales Manager, Chris Power, who came over for a moment to tell us that he knew of an Escape on their lot which was in a colour that we might like. To our surprise, we loved it! (Thanks, Chris.) We were on a tight schedule that day, so we decided to put a deposit on it to hold it and made an appointment for the next day. When we got there, we took it for a test drive and knew that this was definitely our new vehicle! Finance Manager, Rochelle Dendys, made our financing experience a pleasure. Our Metallic Blue 2018 Ford Escape Titanium is fantastic and has awesome features. We are absolutely thrilled with our choice. Thank you, Swarn, for your politeness, helpfulness and knowledge.
