In both cases, I provided a list of must haves and nice to haves and the sales personnel have been able to quickly find a vehicle matching my needs and at a price that was very good. My most recent experience with Kelly Zack was exceptionally pleasant. It was quick, the vehicle had all the features I wanted and more and the price offered by Kelly was unbelievable.
