Our prior experiences with Go Auto had been characterized by a mixture of sentiments, neither distinctly positive nor negative. However, our recent transaction with Team Ford has proven to be significantly d by a mixture of sentiments, neither distinctly positive nor negative. However, our recent transaction with Team Ford has proven to be significantly different. The salesperson exhibited deceitful behaviour, misrepresenting the servicing history of the vehicle and providing inaccurate information regarding its ownership. When we inquired about potential issues with the vehicle, the salesperson assured us that there were none and that it was in excellent condition. We finally received the inspection report after we had purchased the vehicle, which the salesman said was too bad for you. I strongly advise potential customers to consider avoiding this dealership, or at the very least, to engage legal counsel during the purchasing process. It would be prudent to explore alternative options for vehicle acquisition, as this could yield a more satisfactory outcome. Save yourself from a bad experience and buy elsewhere. Update: The salesperson said they would get back to us after reviewing with the manager. This has not happened; we have had no response to our complaints. Once you have purchased a vehicle, do not expect any customer service from them. They hid the issues from us when we specifically asked for the info, then lied to cover their tracks. More
I bought an immaculate pre-owned car at a great price from Simar back in November. I came from out of province to buy this car and hit a few snags along the way that could have caused me some pretty severe headaches. I am beyond impressed at how far Simar and the management team went out of their way to assure I’d be on my way without issue. Words cannot explain how grateful I am for what they did for me, as I never thought there was a chance in xxxx that a car dealership would bend over backwards this far to cater to my needs. I thank these guys a million times over again. Please, send all of your family and friends to Team Ford, and Simar will make sure you’re taken care of properly. You will not be disappointed!!! More
I came in with a well kept vehicle, with service receipts to trade. Showed the most expensive used suv and then refused to give back my keys after asking 4 times. Very bad experience to trade. Our salesman was Aziz Kanji, who took excellent care of us. He even came in on his day off to facilitate picking up the vehicle, and sat waiting while we were getting registration sorted for over an hour! us. If I could rate Team Ford 0 stars, I would. This has been, without a doubt, the worst vehicle purchase experience of my life. I purchased a 2018 Audi RS5 under the impression it was fully AM This has been, without a doubt, the worst vehicle purchase experience of my life. I purchased a 2018 Audi RS5 under the impression it was fully AMVIC-compliant and roadworthy. In reality, it has spent more time in service bays than on the road, and I’ve made more monthly payments while it was in the shop than I have while actually driving it. From day one, this vehicle has had catastrophic issues: Major oil leaks A skid plate reinstalled with only 1 of 14 bolts A damaged rear spring A failing water pump And now? The oil level is dropping again, and I’m experiencing turbo lag — likely pointing to failing turbos or piston ring damage That’s after the vehicle was supposedly fixed at Audi — arranged by Team Ford — and declared compliant. Despite this nightmare, the dealership now expects me to pay another $3,000 out of pocket, after I already paid nearly $4,000 for an extended warranty to cover these issues. Altogether, this car has racked up over $16,000 in repairs within weeks of purchase. And it STILL doesn’t run properly. Their “solution”? A $1,000 Go Card — basically a glorified coupon for future business… after selling me a lemon. I’ve now had to drop the car off 5 separate times, miss work, cancel travel plans, and chase people down just to get updates. This isn't service — it's gaslighting. To anyone reading this: take this as your warning. If you’re buying a pre-owned vehicle, go anywhere else. Bring your own mechanic. Better yet, don’t step foot in this place. This dealership has sold me a car that was unsafe, misrepresented, and completely unreliable, and I’m the one footing the bill for it. Unbelievable. More
