Terrible Customer Service, here and at Chrysler Canada We purchased a Sprinter here for our company use. A recall was issued and the dealership made an appointment with us to fix the vehicle. The day befor We purchased a Sprinter here for our company use. A recall was issued and the dealership made an appointment with us to fix the vehicle. The day before the appointment (weeks after it was made) they called us to cancel the appointment and inform us that they could not perform the service required by the recall at this location. It's very frustrating that they waited so long to inform us of this. We called Chrysler Canada to see where we could take the vehicle and it turns out the nearest dealership capable of handling the recall is nearly an hour away. There are literally 13 closer dealerships to us but only that one can handle it. Our company was closed between Christmas and New Year's and this would have been the perfect time to bring our vehicle in considering how far it is, but since Taylor Chrysler didn't inform us they couldn't service the car until the day before our appt, we instead continue to lose money as a business because we can't make full use of the car until it gets serviced, but it would require losing hours of a work day to take it to the dealership that can do it. Chrysler will not pick up the vehicle. To top it off Chrysler Canada informed us that "None of the FCA Canada warranties or recalls cover incidental or consequential damages such as loss of use of your vehicle, loss of time, inconvenience, expense for fuel, telephone, travel, rental car, overnight accommodation, loss or damage to your personal property, commercial loss, loss of income, etc.". A vehicle is one of the most expensive purchases a person makes in a lifetime, and I would expect better customer service when a screw up comes on the part of the maker. Can't say I'll be shopping Chrysler ever again. How do you sell me something that's 10s of thousands of dollars and then say you won't reimburse me any expenses for loss of use of my vehicle that YOU screwed up? More

Obnoxious front end service team I bought new a Jeep Cherokee Sport in 2016. I was promised 5 free oil changes, but when I went for my first one there was no record of this....shockin I bought new a Jeep Cherokee Sport in 2016. I was promised 5 free oil changes, but when I went for my first one there was no record of this....shocking, I know! I booked an appointment for my first oil change 3 weeks in advance and still waited over 2 hours for ?! When I questioned why I waited so long, I was told that I shouldn't get my oil changed on a Saturday and it was not a top priority for the techs....seriously?! I have had to call the service department a few times over the last year and everyone that I have spoken to has been rude and abrasive, especially the Service Manager. I have been getting my Jeep serviced at another dealership as I cannot deal with Taylor, but unfortunately they cannot figure out what is causing the car to stall. The other dealership advised that I call Taylor as I purchased the vehicle from them. I called Taylor and a very rude young sounding girl answered, I explained the situation and she basically said that this was not their problem and tried to get me off the call. I then asked to speak to the service manager who then also advised me that that the issues I have been having with the car, engine light going on, stalling etc...are not their problem and to go to Chrysler with my complaints directly. When I asked if they would look at the vehicle there and give me a loaner car as the previous dealership had, the manager laughed and said NO! This vehicle only has 24K on it, and is still covered under warranty, how is it not their problem??? More
In for repairs I was in for repairs on my brand new car and when I picked up my car I found that my interior was dirty from technician when they did the repair and w I was in for repairs on my brand new car and when I picked up my car I found that my interior was dirty from technician when they did the repair and when talk to the manager, he made it seem that it was no big deal and for me to leave the car so they can clean it and I also notice that the part wasn't installed right, so I left the car with the manager and told him about it not fitting properly. So after a few hours later I get a call from manager saying car was done and when I picked up car it was clean BUT part was still installed incorrectly, I went back in to talk to manager, he avoided me so the advisor came out to take a look and brought it back in and came to me saying that the part might go back into place after it heats up and if it doesn't will have to replace it again. When I got home I just installed back correctly and it took me less then 2 minutes. I went into the dealer 3 times today and they still didn't fix the car properly make me wonder what kind of technicians they have working for them but the worst of all the MANAGER won't own up that his worker F up and made no effort to manage the problem what he gets paid to do. I WILL NOT BRING MY CAR BACK FOR ANY SERVICE. More

I could have sold it privately instead. When picking up my new Dodge from them, I contacted them to let them know one of the functions wasn't working & they completely ignored me. no return calls, no return emails. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you're an incoming buyer, they whoo you but once you buy a vehicle from them you are a nobody. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION. More
