Answering our questions quickly was a real blessing because my wife and myself are planning on a 1-2 month trip to the US. We wanted assurance that our car would handle the road trip well. Johnny Ngo is a great salesman I have been to T&T Honda several times, talking to different salesmen about the Honda CRV. None of them were as knowledgeable or friendly as Johnny wa I have been to T&T Honda several times, talking to different salesmen about the Honda CRV. None of them were as knowledgeable or friendly as Johnny was. He had an answer for every question we had, and we had A LOT. We have been researching vehicles for a while and posted a big list of comparisons, which he was able to address and counter. When he didn't know an answer he didn't xxxxxxxx us, as some of the other salesmen had done. He was very honest and researched it. He spend a long time with us trying to come up with the best deal for us. Great salesmen. Wound go back to himf or my next vehicle. More

Bad customer service and misinterpretation about warranties I bought new Honda accord from there in the beginning of the year 2014. I am very surprised of your customer service during the process you are buying and how it changed once the transaction is done. Specially the car sale Manager "ELN".. They are very misleading. During the buying process they will be very nice and sweet with you but if you have to go back with any issues on the car or warranties they provided then you get to see there actual behavior, very rude and disrespect full. They don't mention all the glitch during the time of buying after that they misinterpreted everything. I called them couple times they put on hold for a long time. Second time they hung up on me. I would not recommend anyone going there More

The Product Advisor, James Sivadas was very nice and helpful; always returning my calls in a timely manner, providing answers to any questions I might have, and finally, helping me cut the deal I was looking for. Their Financial Services Manager, Eve Marzecka, provided me with further advice in regard to finances, insurance, and maintenance of the vehicle, which information I found very valuable and practical. Additionally, with my previous vehicle, each visit for a (free :)) oil change was kept within the agreed time frame, and never took more than half an hour. This was the first time I when to this dealership. I was approached by Susan who was super helpful and friendly. She gave me all the info that will was looking for and was not pushy as experienced with ot approached by Susan who was super helpful and friendly. The negotiation was pretty painless. Overall I was happy with the deal. In the end of the negotiating I talk to the sales manager and explained the details of the deal and was relaxed and helpful about it. The finance process was quick and easy. When I went to pick up the vehicle, receptionist greeted me nicely and got the in to see the finance department without wait. All paper work was quick and easy. Delivery agent went thought all the features of my new accord. Evens the sale manager came by to see me and inquired about the whole process. He also thanks me for the business.
