My brakes on my honda pilot 2008 were squeaking and I enquired about an appointments. It seems all honda dealers are doing well and do not need any more business as they was a waiting period of at least enquired about an appointments. Scott Coljee was really helpful and gave me a great price for the new brakes. Even my car was put through car wash before returning it to me. Thanks! More
I was shopping for a new car and found many honda dealerships in Calgary. Since I was in NE, I decided to give T&T Honda a try. I did not have to go anywhere else as Navroz Jessani took really good c dealerships in Calgary. Since I was in NE, I decided to give T&T Honda a try. I got myself a ride to work when I dropped my car off in the morning because i would rather not go in a dirty Honda shuttle, but on my way back I decided I should call for a shuttle. I asked for someone to come at 4. The rude girl said she would send someone at 430. I said that was totally fine, what's 30 minutes. So I went down to get picked up at 4:35 sharp.. No one in sight, I called the same girl and she said he was on is way and he would be there soon. I waited and waited. Walked outside in the -30 degree weather searching for him... Then called back the shuttle girl to ask why he hasnt called me (she told me he would call when he was outside) she began to very very ignorantly and with such and attitude and extremely rude voice began to shout "we have been calling you for 10 minutes! You are not answering your phone I asked her if she had the correct number555-555-5555 and she screamed YEA!.. So on and such forth. Extremely rude comments. . Finally at 5:10 I found him he was just pulling up to the entrance she said he would be at. I walked into the vehicle and the man was also very rude, "I called you numerous times and you just don't answer your phone... I didn't receive one call from you sir, I said. Then we waited because he was picking up another person from the same place I work. He called and called and called several several times, the man did not answer. Finally by 5:25 he decided to leave. As he was driving away the other person got into the vehicle... Complete silence driving back to Honda (which I was more then happy about after a full day of stressful work) then when I arrive, a strange quite scary looking tall man approaches me with such anger and defence and rage, he lifts his finger and points at me and says WHY DIDN'T YOU ANSWER YOUR PHONE WE CALLED YOU OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND WAITED FOR YOU FOR SO LONG.. I asked him who he was cause I was confused as to who this random man was yelling at me while I was waiting for my car.. The man who was driving the shuttle then angryly approached me, stood next to the other man and they both continued to blatter... I paused his talking and said THE SHUTTLE GIRL AT RECEPTION GAVE HIM THE INCORRECT NUMBER, IT WASN'T MY FAULT, I SAW HIS LIST OF ME AND THE OTHER GENTLEMEN WHEN WE WERE DRIVING AND SHE GAVE HIM THE INCORRECT NUMBER. DO NOT BLAME ME! They then both shut up and they said "oh..really.?..." And turned around and walked away. The funny part about all of this is that i got picked up first, and the 2nd person to be picked up was not answering his phone, he was in the same room as us when these men approached me but for some reason the DOCTOR did not get approached about the situation at all, and I did. I am a young woman, and I like the service people for vehicles at honda, but as far as shuttle service. It is absolutely the worst experience I have ever ever had to deal with and no one should be disrespected like that and spare the other person because they are a doctor, we came from the same workplace but I am not a physician. Two years running I have tried to get winter tires on one set of rims and a all season on another (labeled which side of car) and both years they removed the set on the rims and put on new tires instead of t set of rims and a all season on another (labeled which side of car) and both years they removed the set on the rims and put on new tires instead of two sets on two sets of rims. The guy even called mid way through servicing and asked what was wanted and still didn't do it. Now I have 8 ruined tires :( More
We normally deal in Okotoks but wine tot TnT for some warranty work because its closer to our house in Calgary. In short, never again. They just don't care. Staff are rude. I'm supposed to get a free rental if it takes more than 5 hrs to repair. Fine and good, it takes them two days to look at the car and I'm stuck without wheels. Had to take a taxi home because the shuttles guys are "on lunch". Not impressed at all. More
First, let me say I have recommended Zahir (new car sales) at T&T to several people. Second, I would not trust anyone at T&T farther than I could throw them. My wife purchased a new Accord. Liked the car, liked working with the salesman (Zahir), got a good price, love the car. After doing the deal, have to talk to the finance manager about the paperwork. No, I don;t want the extended this or the extra that or anything else they try to hard-sell you. Three days later, my wife goes to pick up the new car. Before taking delivery she looks at the bill of sale and the payment isn't what she remembered. She tells finance manager to go through it line-by-line. He added an insurance product to cover car payments if she lost her job and some other stuff to the invoice and wasn't going to tell her. He just added it on and asked her to sign. If she didn't notice, he woudl have added a couple thousand dollars of unnecessary and unwanted extras on (and earned himself a fat commission). Needless to say, we made them fix the invoice, took the car and have NEVER been back for any service work. NEVER will. They proved they can;t be trusted. We still recommend Zahir for sales, but with two caveats. First, you have to be willing to "play the game." Second, don;t trust them, double and triple check everything. More

We discussed the different aspects of the vehicle and talked prices. We left the dealership and my husband and I talked it over. I called the salesman back on his cell and made an offer. I said that we would pay the asking price if he took off the GST and threw in a new set of tires. He said he would have to talk to his manager. He did and called us back. He said that the sales manager said o.k. and I said "Then we have a deal" He said "yes". We made an appointment for 6:00 p.m. on Monday as the dealership was closed on Saturday. I spoke with the salesman on Monday morning to confirm our appointment and to discuss payment options. I had thought I could use debit in order to get some airmiles, but he told me that they would not do such a big transaction by debit or visa because the dealership would have to pay a hefty fee. I told him that would do it by bank draft and spent the afternoon moving some funds around and getting a bank draft made out to T & T Honda. I received a call from the Sales manager confirming our appointment and a call from the Customer relations person confirming our appointment. Everyone was looking forward to meeting with us. At 4:00 p.m., the salesman called and said that someone else was looking at the vehicle and he was powerless to stop them. I said that we had a deal and he said that I needed to put a deposit down in order to confirm the sale. I was not asked for a deposit earlier. I gave him my credit card number and he said that he would take a deposit. I told him that I had obtained a bank draft for the full price agreed upon. I picked up my husband at work and we headed to the dealership. 5 minutes before we got there, the salesman phoned and said that the van had been sold and that there was nothing he could do about it. I now understand why used car dealers have such bad reputations. Their word is worth nothing at T & T Honda. Three people at the dealership were well aware of the fact that a deal had been made. I suspect they made an extra few bucks by selling to another buyer. Immediately after I found out the van had been sold, I tried to get in touch with both the Sales Manager and the Customer Relations person. My calls went unanswered and no one responded to the messages I left. In the messages, I just said "Hi, this is Linda. Would you please give me a call at ..." They obviously knew exactly who was calling even though I gave no details as to why I was calling. A few days later, I purchased a beautiful used Lexus from a truly professional dealer. I will never go back to T & T Honda. More
Took my car in for waranty work (battery going dead) and call me to tell me they can't find nothing wrong. So I pick up the car in the pm only to find grease and dirt all over the door sill panels and floor call me to tell me they can't find nothing wrong. Very next morning as I am getting ready to leave work my car won't start, battery is dead again! So I guess it's back to the dealer that doesn't care about the customers vehicles... Last Honda I buy at T & T. More
