Extremely poor experience In this day and age you expect all dealerships to have excellent customer service and provide honest upfront statements. Specially when they are selli In this day and age you expect all dealerships to have excellent customer service and provide honest upfront statements. Specially when they are selling house name products like Honda. I had the worst experience with T&T Honda, which I have never ever experienced from new car sale dealerships. In order to process any deal it is normal to ask $500 deposit. But T&T Honda is the first ever dealership that I have dealt with who refused to return me the "refundable" deposit. Even after taking the matter to their GM Navroz, I was simply told that you signed when making the offer and we accepted and now you simply can't back off. If you do you won't get your refund back! I told him that I need more time since I need to decide for either going for AWD 2017 Odyssey or buy 2016. But he said well we will keep your money until you decide. This is simply ridiculous. And these dealerships are not doing Honda any favours either as other car dealerships I have been to have very different customer care experience. So I just want to warn everyone off this. Please try some other dealership rather than these guys if you don't want to lose your deposits! More

My last experience with a dealership left a real sour taste in my mouth about dealership. But my experience at T & T Honda was outstanding. Tyler helped me look over the Elantra, shared his knowledge of the vehicle and helped start up the paper work. Raymond helped me with the financing part and explaining every detail that comes with this process, he was able to find me a real comfortable monthly payment. Ramy showed me my new car :) he had a bow on it and got my plate installed for me. He walked me through the finer details of the Hyundai and his service like icing on the cake. I defiantly will pass my good experience with T & T Honda with friends and family. More
