T&T Honda is outstanding. My most recent experience with T&T Honda was my 2nd purchase with them. I had a good experience with my first purchase (2013 Honda Civic) and a fa My most recent experience with T&T Honda was my 2nd purchase with them. I had a good experience with my first purchase (2013 Honda Civic) and a fantastic experience my second time (2016 Honda HRV). My first purchase was smooth and I never had an issue with the vehicle. It only required routine service. The service staff were always helpful, friendly and quick. My second purchase came with a hiccup and required extra work. Jarett really went out of his way to make sure that I remained a happy customer and seized the opportunity to establish a strong relationship between the dealership and the customer. In a situation were I could have been very upset, I never felt upset or disatisfied. Mike Lee was my service advisor and an answered a wall of questions that I had about the work that was needed on my car. Returned my calls about updates promptly and with an answer. I got my HRV back today and it is running even better then it did when I drove it off of the lot and I'm confident that there won't be anymore issues. *fingers crossed*. They experience that I had was above what I could have expected from any other dealership that I visited while looking for a new car. I also believe that Honda Canada is very lucky to have this team representing their brand with such confidence. With that said, I would definitley recommend this dealership to my friends and family. I can also see myself purchasing my 4th and 5th vehicle from this dealership as long as they remain this tight. More
