I was informed about the shuttle ride was not running to downtown when I made my service appointment. I asked the service rep about a ride to McDonald's, he informed me that you either wait for you vehicl downtown when I made my service appointment. I asked the service rep about a ride to McDonald's, he informed me that you either wait for you vehicle to be serviced, ask for friend for a pick up or rental. I was disappointed they Honda didn't offer a shuttle ride and I couldn't justify a rental vehicle to McDonald's. More

As always my experience at T&T was great. Jeff patiently explained the work that should be done on my older Honda Accord (which I love) to keep it in the best condition possible.
