Service experience was great. Complimentary check was appreciated. It resulted in replacing the air, pollen and dust filters which I knew needed replacing. First, I trust Honda to only perform the service that is required and never "run up the bill." I know you are in the business of making money, but everything will get done eventually when its time and not before. Second, I will buy nothing but a Honda not only because they make a good product but because I know I can trust the service department. These are the reasons I have bought two Hondas already and will eventually buy a third. I wish Honda made a camper van (like the Tofino). If they did I'd probably buy my RV from Honda. Just a suggestion. PS. I hade to arbitrarily pick a Sales Dept. rep in order to submit my survey even though I did not deal with the sales dept. More

I had a rough start to begin with as my service appt is typically 1 hour long and cost me a useless drive to the Dealership and loss of work time. Once there, I was told I needed to leave my vehicle for typically 1 hour long and cost me a useless drive to the Dealership and loss of work time. Once there, I was told I needed to leave my vehicle for at least 4 hours....I was not told that and was informed that I should have asked when I booked the appt. :( I rebooked with Scott and they ended up picking my vehicle up for me and delivering it back. I was informed about the shuttle ride was not running to downtown when I made my service appointment. I asked the service rep about a ride to McDonald's, he informed me that you either wait for you vehicl downtown when I made my service appointment. I asked the service rep about a ride to McDonald's, he informed me that you either wait for you vehicle to be serviced, ask for friend for a pick up or rental. I was disappointed they Honda didn't offer a shuttle ride and I couldn't justify a rental vehicle to McDonald's. More

The staff are always so accommodating, open about needs without trying to up-sell me. My usual mechanic Vern is why I can drive extra long distances without fear of something happening on the highway. Than without trying to up-sell me.
