The math doesn't add up as to why I would want to continue on. As noted on the phone call, Ford Warranty is certainly available at a dealership you can trust. Called Dave to cancel this well within the 30 days of the cancelation policy Dave informed me after 30 days they can't do anything. I belive they didn't cancel when I call knowing this. Few weeks later we had transmission problems they looked it over and said it's fine. Heading to work it stopped shifting. Towed it to a transmission shop to get it looked at and discovered yet more problems. Between lost work and repairs I'm at $15k out of pocket not including the $5200 warranty they failed to cancel when I called. Warranty didn't cover anything so far. I'll be looking for another truck as a back up for work but I'll be going elsewhere. More

The appointment took 3x as long as they said it would be. The staff were frustrated with us that we needed a ride as they couldn't provide a courtesy car. I used to have to come into 100 Mile from out West for medical appointments. Sunrise would always fit me in, to my schedule, for my truck maintenance. Now I have moved to the area, and they still worked a medical appointments. Sunrise would always fit me in, to my schedule, for my truck maintenance. Zero professionalism at this dealership. I've had my truck in 5 times for the same issue and they have not resolved it.
