The whole team responded to my emergency when the car I was deriving was in need of a lengthy repair.. The one decided on was to trade in my car and purchase a second hand vehicle off the lot. I was most impressed by how my concerns were addressed, the fact I was given the repair paperwork on the 'new' car was unexpected but welcome.. I was given time to discuss the purchase with my husband and met the following day at which time additional queries were addressed, before we completed the deal. This has been the best experience with a dealership that I have had - and this covers a time period of 55 years!
