Was told that the 2008 ford escape we bought was safety inspected, nothing further than the truth, we had to buy new tires recently and was told that the vehicle should not have left the lot with the tires inspected, nothing further than the truth, we had to buy new tires recently and was told that the vehicle should not have left the lot with the tires that were on it, was told that we are very lucky not having a blow out and possibly being killed, I bought the vehicle for my wife which has medical issues which includes going to PG periodically, now tell me how is that safety inspected? I purchased a rim and asked the tire tech to put the best tire on it for a good spare and he wouldn’t do it because of the shape of all tires which were over 10yrs old. All in all I would not recommend buying even a skateboard off this dealership, they will say anything to get the sale to make their commission. More

I was travelling thru to Prince George when I needed to charge my vehicle, due to extreme cold. The available chargers were too cold to allow my adapter to fit. Ford was wonderful and allowed us to plug in charge my vehicle, due to extreme cold. The available chargers were too cold to allow my adapter to fit. Ford was wonderful and allowed us to plug in for an hour to help us get to Williams Lake. I was super impressed by their customer service, even tho I wasn’t their customer. I would have been stranded, if not for their kindness. This dealership is amazing. More
