I was nervous about buying a new car because my 2010 Mazda 3 gave me eight beautiful, uneventful years! Finally decided that as long as I bought another Mazda through Sundance, I had great chances of having continued good fortune with my vehicle. Issues with Service Department I bought my 2014 Mazda 3 last July and I was thrilled with the vehicle. In the first month I noticed a noise coming from my rear passenger side shock I bought my 2014 Mazda 3 last July and I was thrilled with the vehicle. In the first month I noticed a noise coming from my rear passenger side shock and so Mazda replaced the shock under my one month full warranty. However, I was not given any paper work, or told there was any warranty on this new shock. After winter I noticed my shock acting up yet again and so I had my car looked at once again. I was told if the shock is acting up so soon after a replacement it means a faulty part was installed. The manager of the service department came for a ride with me and told me it was not the shock. They tightened my jack and told me to call if the noise persisted. A month later the noise is acting up again. After two days of inspections they’ve determined it is the shock acting up. However because I was never informed there was any type of warranty on this shock I am slightly over the km limit for the warranty. This has caused me trouble since I bought the car a year ago and it has spent multiple days being inspected for an issue it had since they sold it to me. Now I am expected to pay for it because they were not up front about the warranty and did not provide paper work. If you are looking to buy a vehicle at Sundance Mazda have it inspected by your mechanic and go elsewhere for service if you can. More

My sales rep was Stephen Reilly and he went above and beyond helping me to get the vehicle I wanted, ensuring I got the deal I wanted and going through setting up all the new gadgets I was not familiar with in the vehicle on pick-up, and keeping in touch on how it was going with it. I would recommend him and the dealership to everybody and will return again. More

Exceeds My Expectations !!! After talking to Ryian Galdo on the phone, I visited Sundance Mazda to purchase a used vehicle. I am not considering to get a Brand new one thinking After talking to Ryian Galdo on the phone, I visited Sundance Mazda to purchase a used vehicle. I am not considering to get a Brand new one thinking it was out of my range. But, Ryian took the time to show me all of the options available for me and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new CX5 that fit to my budget. Before leaving the dealership, He even took time explaining every details of the new technology and make sure everything worked. It was worth driving 2.5 hours to get there. I highly recommend Ryian to all my friends. More

What a feeling! Have been in the Mazda family for a few years bought initial Mazda 3 at another dealership. Service there was uneventful. I live in the West end so tr Have been in the Mazda family for a few years bought initial Mazda 3 at another dealership. Service there was uneventful. I live in the West end so tried Sundance. What a difference. I was treated very well. Everything was explained and the service area itself is so welcoming. Now I have purchased a 2018 CX3. I have to say Sass, Hope, Sarah Brad and Hussain bent over backwards to give me the BEST deal possible. Brad kept us entertained while we waited for the final paper work too. Communication between the salespeople could have been better but now that I have the vehicle I am still treated like one of the family! I highly recommend this dealership and will to anyone who will listen. Very nice touch with the thank you gift. More
