I have had all the servicing of my Forester done at Subaru of Mississauga. I did not purchase my Subaru Forester from Subaru of Mississauga. At about 50,000 km the seat cushion on the driver's side caused extreme pain in my lower right side. Subaru of Mississauga treated me in Mississauga. At about 50,000 km the seat cushion on the driver's side caused extreme pain in my lower right side. Subaru of Mississauga treated me in a respectful and thorough manner. We identified the problem area and Subaru replaced the cushion. I now have 165,000 km on the vehicle and the problem has not recurred. I bring my Forester to Subaru Mississauga for most of my servicing and find them honest and professional. They have never recommended a service or part that was not necessary. Their rates are fair, the work is always done properly and my car is always delivered cleaner than when I brought it in! My wife is now considering buying a Subaru not only because we like the ride, fuel economy and safety of the Forester, but because of the service I have received at Subaru of Mississauga. They inspire trust and loyalty. More

Between 2010 and 2020 I purchased 9 Subarus from Darryl. I bought 2014 Outback from Subaru Mississauga on Mavis Rd. They replaced the airbag on Feb 5 2020. When doing the airbag replacement, not only they did poor job - a mess under the dashboard and steering w Rd. They replaced the airbag on Feb 5 2020. When doing the airbag replacement, not only they did poor job - a mess under the dashboard and steering wheel with cables not attached properly, they missed to put the clips back. Furthermore, they caused the built-in GPS doesn't work at all after that service. My GPS worked well before the airbag replacement. I came back today to this dealer asking them to tidy up the cables and fix the GPS. But they said that I already removed or dismantled the audio and damaged the GPS cable behind the audio. I told them: I never dismantled or tried to dismantled the audio. And then, they mentioned that the GPS issue is because I installed a dash camera and that disturbed the GPS. I explained and told truly that it is a plug-and-play dash-camera and no camera cable installation into the dashboard or behind the dashboard. But still they argued and tried to find any points so that they don't need to fix the GPS. Finally they mentioned that if I want them to fix it (including fixing the GPS cable behind the audio), I have to pay $970.00. It is unbelievably crazy and irresponsible. This is not the first disappointment with their service since I bought my Subaru Outback in 2013. All that I wrote here is objective and factual. If you think of buying Subaru, I am more than happy to share my factual experience and advice to you. Subaru is strong in advertising their image, but recently a lot of factory defects that its dealers cannot handle them or fix them. Let alone the dealer's customer service and technical skills cannot solve a number of technical issues that I experienced with Outback. I recommend not to buy a Subaru - time has changed, Subaru's quality is now getting lower compared to before. And for sure, I recommend not even to think of dealing with Subaru Mississauga. I've been misled by Subaru's image through its advertisements and other people's review. Many of the reviews in the media are a "paid-reviews". When I bought the first time, the sales told me that he would share some of his commission with me, with a condition that I had to write a good review about my experience of buying a Subaru. This kind of practices have resulted in so many misleading reviews, especially reviews that mention the sales person's name. More
