Leave the dealership satisfied and with a good feeling WE needed to turn in our 2 family cars and I had initially zeroed in on the Nissan Rogue – however when we compared the Subaru on line it was a bette WE needed to turn in our 2 family cars and I had initially zeroed in on the Nissan Rogue – however when we compared the Subaru on line it was a better car – so we walked into the dealership on Mavis Road, recognized a gentleman that we see in church but did not know and decided to give it a shot and approached him for details on what our option were to either buy or lease. The sales person name is Darryl C J Monisse he was friendly at the same time very professional. Took the time to explain our option and we finally leased a 2016 Subaru Forrester . We then asked Darryl to let us look at preowned car he recommended a Subaru Imprezza that was there on the lot we liked the car and ended buying the 2nd family car. Overall the experience was excellent; the attention to every detail with regard to the paper work was taken care of. Personally I would recommend Darryl with absolutely no reservations I will definitely recommend Darryl to my colleague and friend – All in all you leave the dealership with a good feeling – Thank you Darrly Richard Lobo More
Disappointing Service at Subaru Mississauga DO NOT take your vehicle to this location for servicing. Our Forester has high KMs and needed some repairs. We weren't sure what it was but since the DO NOT take your vehicle to this location for servicing. Our Forester has high KMs and needed some repairs. We weren't sure what it was but since the car did not have compression and was burning oil so we assumed it was gaskets and said this to the service person (Steve Jamrich) we dealt with. In the end they took the engine out, replaced the gaskets and then told us (and included it on the invoice) to put oil in the car every 500 KM. So they replaced what we told them to replace but did not fix anything else or inform us of the seals issue we eventually found out about through an independent mechanic (who did the diagnostic for free). Apparently the gaskets should never be replaced unless the seals are in good condition or replaced at the same time. I called the parts/Service manager and told him we were told to put oil in every 500KM and he said they would never tell a customer to do this and in fact became a bit aggressive on the phone when I said it. I guess they already had my money..no need to be nice to this guy right!? I asked if they would cover the cost of taking the engine out (since they had it once already) and we would cover everything else but it fell on deaf ears. The best analogy I can think of is going to your doctor about a bad knee. Just because I tell him I tore my ACL doesn't mean it is the ACL or nothing else is wrong. he is the doctor and tells me what is wrong and how best to fix it. Subaru was unwilling to accept responsibility at any level. After owning 2 Subaru's it's safe to say we will not be: A) Buying another Subaru ever again B) Taking a vehicle to a dealership for any servicing in the future I have owner other vehicles and despite using a variety of independent mechanics/services have yet to run into a bad one. With Subaru we are 0-2 in that department. More

Paired with great financing rates for used cars and a beautiful warranty package, and my purchase felt like a no-brainer based on what I was looking for. Even after I had bought the car they called me and offered me more kms on my 4-year warranty for less money. The customer service provided to me made me extremely confident in my purchase. More

First time Subaru buyer We have always wanted a Subaru. It was our dream car. Something new, reliable and safe for our family. We did shop around at our car make dealerships but felt the best after leaving Subaru. Within 5 minutes of being at the dealership we were in a car. There was a real sense of trust. Then we met Darryl who was a new pressure sales man. Between the car, the sales and dealership our experience was great. Only downfall was having to wait 7 weeks for a car but I guess that comes with getting something so popular. More

Left Dealership Dejected, Mistreated And Wondering So much for Brand Loyalty and Subaru's Niche Marketing. Our sales person was great, but their Sales Manager was the rudest person we have ever dealt w So much for Brand Loyalty and Subaru's Niche Marketing. Our sales person was great, but their Sales Manager was the rudest person we have ever dealt with. We drove 1 1/2hrs to get there. We were looking to purchase another Subaru Forester as we love the brand and previous treatment at other Subaru Dealers. Our sales person presented the sales manager our offer on the vehicle with no apprehension. We were serious buyers and that is when the sales manager came over to us and said " I guess I won’t be selling you a car today " in such a rude loud manner and in front of others, we just grab our coats and left. Truly we would have expected a counter offer, etc, but not at this dealership. I talked with my colleagues after the fact and they could not understand that our offer was not even considered or worked with. This now has left us to figure out if we really want another Forester/ Subaru even though my wife feels the Forester is one of the few vehicles on the market that she really feels safe in. We would not recommend Mississauga Subaru to anyone. We will never deal with that dealership again and now are wondering if we should stay brand loyal??? More

I had been a long time Infiniti owner....great car....but was looking for something different this time that could provide me with safety when driving in the winter months. I spent a great deal of time testing cars out of various makes. In the end decided on the Subaru Outback top of the line with all the bells and whistles. Love the car....but have to say that there was never any pressure or urgency for me to decide, I was treated with a great deal of respect and patience. I was able to get a very good deal on my purchase and would highly recommend if you are looking for an excellent car and dealership...go here first, you will not be disappointed. More
