Until the delivery date, all my dealings with Subaru of Mississauga had only been by email or phone. I had done all my research and didn't want to hear sales pitches and made it clear in my emails to dealers. I test drove the vehicle with one dealer but scouted out the best deal via email. Subaru of Mississauga was one of the first ones to respond and was one of the two that immediately provided me the same lowest price. In order to get my business to compete against the other dealer, Lynn immediately asked me what she can do to get my business. I'm a tough negotiator. Lynn remained cheerful, pleasant and friendly throughout the multiple email exchanges. We only finally talked on the phone once we had a deal. She responded pleasantly to all my questions, including those that I'm sure she doesn't normally get and had to get the info from the service department. It was a definite pleasure to finally meet Lynn. Her sense of humour was evident and the cheerful and friendly tone I detected in her emails and phone conversations remained true in person. Lynn also anticipated some of my concerns and addressed them without my having to ask like the maintenance and the distance of her dealership from my residence. Since we had additional questions that only the service department could answer, Lynn referred us and we had a very pleasant conversation with Albert. Albert very, very helpful and friendly. More
