Best shopping experience I am beyond happy with my new Subaru Impreza what I got from Subaru of Maple . After 330K with my Saturn I had to look for a new car .. I always wante I am beyond happy with my new Subaru Impreza what I got from Subaru of Maple . After 330K with my Saturn I had to look for a new car .. I always wanted an AWD . But still small car . I called Subaru of Maple. I nice salesman named Sahib answered. I asked him about my options with a certain amount of monthly budget I have, for the Impreza convenience. He called me back in half an hour told me the options and gave me time to think about it.. I called him back the next day and we made the deal. The 3.day I was driving my 2019 Impreza AWD 5 speed manual transmission 4 door . Sahib was very kind and helpful explained everything,didn’t pushing the sales. David the finance “minister “ there, was also kind and helpful. gave me advice and suggestions what else I should have like rust protection.. ect. I will recommend Subaru of Maple for everyone! And the car is amazing. In the slushy snowy road it’s drives like on a dry road. The best shopping experience I ever had ! Thank you Sahib. And Subaru of Maple More
Negative experience, I would never go back there First. My boyfriend and I had a terrible experience at maple Subaru. We were genuinely looking into financing a vehicle. The sales rep, Mike, that we spoke to was unbelievably rude to us. He said that we aren't the first people to try and haggle the price of a vehicle with him. He didn’t try to counter offer or ask his manager to see what they said, he simply laughed in our faces. In my past experiences with any other dealership you haggle a little, the rep goes to the sales manager or tries to come to some conclusion where everyone’s happy with the price and the papers are signed. Mike simply said if we don't want to pay the full asking price then he will sell it to someone else who he will get to pay that price. So we can take it or leave it. Needless to say we left and went to a ford dealership that had the exact same car with the same kms for $3000 less. Obviously we purchased that car and you guys have mike to thank for the loss of sale, the customer service at Ford was much better than the customer service we received at this dealership. We will be picking up our new car from Ford in a few days. Maybe you guys should send some of your employees, specifically Mike, to Ford to shadow some of their reps for a day, maybe they will learn something about customer service. I’m glad we didn’t give you guys the sale. You guys have Mike to thank for that. More

Only one guy at the service is decent, the rest (incl the manager) are not very friendly to say at least. The service cost is not the lowest either, so without any discounts or promos, you're getting ripped off with no smile. On my latest service for oil change, the guys forgot to put the oil cap and washer fluid cap back on. As a result, I drove away and mix of oil and washer fluid splashed all over under hood. Bye-bye service dept... you lost a customer. More

Fast forward to May 2018, I noticed some rust in the under carriage, they didn’t rust proof the car, when I checked my bill of sale I clearly paid for it. The service is ridiculously poor, would not go back, it a shame because I do like the car just not the dealer More

BAD SERVICE What a poor experience. Went in for an oil change and to buy Winter tires for my 2017 Subaru. My mistake was getting a Subaru if this is the service What a poor experience. Went in for an oil change and to buy Winter tires for my 2017 Subaru. My mistake was getting a Subaru if this is the service to be expected. Saw Mike who looked like I was bothering him. Asked him about getting tires and putting it on and he replied that I had to go to the Parts dept. Asked if I could do an oil change and apparently I would have to make an apt but the next available time was Dec19 and today is Dec4th? Wow! He did not offer to book an apt anyways. Go to the Parts dept and they tell me that I should go to the Service dept so back to Mike who does not apologize for incorrectly sending me to the parts dept but rather looks annoyed. Solution: Don't buy a Subaru and don't go to Maple. More
Wonderful experience. I had a happy experience with Maple Subaru most especially Alfred the sales representative. He was attentive, pricise in his details of the Forester I had a happy experience with Maple Subaru most especially Alfred the sales representative. He was attentive, pricise in his details of the Forester and most of all he let the car speak for itself. There was no pressure to buy but an enjoyable experience at my leisure. Would recommend Alfred to my freinds and family. I am enjoying the FORESTER its all what Alfred described. Thank you Subaru for having an awesome sales representative. More
Buying experience was good, service has been dissapointing ! I had a really good experience during my buying experience, I have taken my vehicle for service about 5 times, only because it was conveniently on my I had a really good experience during my buying experience, I have taken my vehicle for service about 5 times, only because it was conveniently on my way from work, but I was very disappointed with the service department the first 4 times, it wasn't until my most recent visit that my level of confidence increased just a little bit....They definitely need to hire some service personnel with good knowledge of vehicle repairs and good manners. Disgusting experience in Subaru of Maple Went for a car service appointment at 2:30pm today because the paint of my front bumper came off. The service people didn't check my car until 3:30pm. Around 4:30pm, the supervisor came and stated that the only reason they can think of why the paint came off was I got into a car accident AFTER I purchased the car with them. So they will probably not going to fix the paint and I found out that theres damage inside the front bumper. What a disgusting customer service!!! Instead of taking responsibility of the damage, they accused me of lying. Now, I have to worry about the damage inside the front bumper on top of the paint. Im really disgusted of Subaru's money driven goals over integrity and providing customer satisfaction! I cannot believe Subaru in a nice neighbourhood (Maple) would fool people. Beware guys!!! I rated 1 star because theres no option for 0 star and they gave me a free cup of coffee. More
