Very accommodating Great service. Very accommodating. It is very hard for me to find time to take the car in for service. However, I was in the area, and dropped by to Great service. Very accommodating. It is very hard for me to find time to take the car in for service. However, I was in the area, and dropped by to see if there was any way they could squeeze me in, right before their closing hour. They were able to find someone to help me before everyone left for the day. They were very friendly and helpful (I was expecting eye-rolling for dropping in right before closing). Will certainly take my car there from now on. More
Horrible customer service I called Subaru's customer service to find out the price of the tire installation and the guy was very rude to me. He did not give me a chance to fully explain what I need, he interrupted me multiple times. He also said he will call me back but he never did! This is unacceptable! Definitely installing my tires somewhere else!!! More
Horrible customer service So I went into this dealership wanting to SERIOUSLY purchase a pre-owned vehicle. I was met by a sales associate (white, short, bald guy) who didn't So I went into this dealership wanting to SERIOUSLY purchase a pre-owned vehicle. I was met by a sales associate (white, short, bald guy) who didn't even properly introduce himself. I told him what I was looking for, and before I could go into further detail about what I wanted he says "I am sorry, I GOT NOTHING FOR YOU". I was honestly perplexed! I hadn't told him my budget, what type of vehicle I wanted, for what purpose etc. Yet, he somehow was able to deduce all the required information and instantaneously shut me down. He must have had some sort of psychic powers...or maybe poor customer service skills. Either way, it seemed like this gentleman was interested in anything BUT trying to sell me a vehicle. He seemed bored, disjointed, rude and overall came off as a very negative individual. Definitely not the type of person I would want selling me a car, and he sure made that clear within a minute of speaking to him. So after making that comment to me, I simply nodded my head and walked out. This dealership just lost a potential customer due to a poorly-trained sales person (again, the short, bald white guy who failed to even introduce himself). I am a doctor, and I will make sure I tell my patients and colleagues to stay clear of this awful dealership. I will check out Subaru Richmond Hill instead. More
Liars: Sales and Service They all seem to be very nice when I bought my Forester XT 2015 Sales manager promised to look after my first oil change. When I took in for that said service: at the desk they quoted $92.00+ tax so I talk to te Sales manager about his promise to look after it, he told me he will call service manager and ask him to give me a discount. When I went to pick it up the bill was 113.00+ tax - 10.00 discount according to the service manager it was not possible that their service adviser who was conveniently gone home for the day, could have quoted me $92.00+Tax rather I must have miss understood. I just had my second oil change this time at another Subaru dealer For the same service The bill was $77.00 + tax More
Worst of the Worst. Watch out This group of individuals took advantage of my 20 year old son. They basically stole his 2004 Infintiy G35 coupe from him it had 165,000 km's. Car fax This group of individuals took advantage of my 20 year old son. They basically stole his 2004 Infintiy G35 coupe from him it had 165,000 km's. Car fax showed no accidents and the car was perfect. It needed 800 dollars worth of transmission work. For 1500.00 they took his G35 and his 2000 Acura TL winter car. They stole his 2 cars on trade in for 1500.00. and then proceeded to sell him a 2013 Subaru for the total sum of $49,000 dollars with the 1500 else he paid $50,500. He is twenty. How could he get a loan for 49,000 dollars. They totally took advantage of him and his lack of understanding. They let him leave the dealership without full insurance coverage on the car told him the car was impervious to the snow as do all the Subaru commercials and it failed in the snow. Wiping him out and almost killing him and destroying the car. The contract states that if the buyer does not insure the car to what the bank expects, They would insure it and charge him for it. They did not do that either. The bank did not even have the insurance documents on hand when I called. The delearship did not have to send full insurance documents on a 50k loan. How was a loan approved and released without the proper insurance on the car. The worst is how the robbed him of his cars and gave him nothing for them. I bet someone at the dealership got a G35. This was a disgusting act of in human treatment of an unsuspecting young man. I don't know how they sleep at night. More

An easy and pleasant car buying experience. Before ordering a vehicle I reached out to several GTA dealers via email with a description of the vehicle I was looking for and an offer to purchase. William Chu acknowledged my email the same evening and confirmed availability of the car I was looking for the next morning. A few emails and a phone call later we had agreed on a price, arranged financing and delivery of the car. He welcomed me to the dealership a couple evenings later, showed me my Forester, took me out for a drive and introduced me to Neal Huo who finalized the paperwork and walked me through the features of the car. Every part of the transaction was easy, pleasant and professional. It was, by all measures, a good car buying experience. Thank you William! More
