Ordered a new vehicle with an offer on my trade in. 4 months later when the new car arrived, the Sales Department "re-evaluated" my trade in (the mileage was 3,000km more) and they changed the offer t 4 months later when the new car arrived, the Sales Department "re-evaluated" my trade in (the mileage was 3,000km more) and they changed the offer to 35% less. I had to move forward since they had me over a barrel at this point, but I sent an email to head office. They never responded. Just beware. More
This is the first time bring my new Subaru to this dealership on Saturday Jan 6, 2024. I have this to say, it was PERFECT!!! Everything was PERFECTLY done. I was overwhelmed by the service by Wayne at dealership on Saturday Jan 6, 2024. I have this to say, it was PERFECT!!! Everything was PERFECTLY done. I was overwhelmed by the service by Wayne at the counter. The dealer even gave me a courtesy car to do what I needed while I was in town. I was previously went to Sarnia Subaru dealership and they have a whole lot to learn when coming to customer service. I wish I had bought my car here everybody was helpful even when scoping out the show room. You get a perfect score from me. Even my wife who deals with Honda gave it a perfect score and she's picky but you didn’t hear that from me. More
I fell in love with the new Outback. Hilton was very knowledgeable. I would have loved to buy one but ultimately needed a pickup truck. I will 100% be back when Im looking for an SUV! xxxxx & thieves…with a behaviour like prostitutes and gigaloes - with a smile. Took mechanical keys, rationalizing, they need it to hang service tags, for Service A (3 hours) and Service B (4 hours). gigaloes - with a smile. Swapped all goodies of a 2020 Outback premier… wheels & tires, steering wheels, transmission, suspension, and the dealership xxxxx know what else. Quiet and smooth ride evaporated. Planned to buy another outback, now trading-in for another brand to avoid these thieves. Asked around over a dozen other Subaru owners in the network. Over 80% of them have had similar issues. Deplorable raciest ethics and characteristics in full display to stay in business after pandemic under the shelter of some great products of Subaru. Refer all rating sites to have more clarity. More

The salesman for our new 2020 Forester was very helpful. No complaints there. The service department, however, is ghastly: very unfriendly staff; long waits; extremely high prices for the minimal routine s No complaints there. Nearby dealerships (Toyota, Nissan) are more friendly and less expensive. We really like the car, but probably we will return it, with low milage, when the lease expires. We will look into getting another Toyota RAV4 or something similar, from a dealer other than Subaru of London. Unfortunately there is no nearby competing Subaru dealer. More
