Worst experience in service of my life. I strongly recommend never taking your car here unless you want to be cheated. They tried to get me to buy new rotors and pads after only 40,000 km. I told them I will take it to someone else then they decided okay we can machine the rotors and it will only cost half. Then they tell me they couldn't do my fuel pump replacement that was a recall because my tank was too full. I understood and rebooked for another time. However the guys didn't check my tank prior to starting this recall and actually disconnected my pump and didn't reconnect it properly. As a result all the gas poured out when I drove my car away and was very lucky I was smart enough to pull over and see why the smell of gas was so strong. I turned the car around and went back and explained something had to be wrong. I kept thinking what if I wasn't smart enough or had a plugged nose so i wasn't able to smell the gas and kept driving. The car could have caught fire, could have stalled out on the link or high way, or I could have just passed out from the fumes. I'm still waiting to see if they did a test drive after the service considering they did my breaks and the fact I drove 400 meters and the tank drained by 1/4 tank I find it hard to believe they did the test drive for 7 minutes like the service manager told me they did. Waiting on the video that I asked for 2 days ago to see if in fact they took it out at 1:30 and returned at 1:37. They told me they will detail my car and fill my tank. Really, considering you emptied my tank and made my car smell like gas. Honestly when I got my car back my tank wasn't even full like it was when I brought it in. It was just over 3/4's tank so not only did they give me a dirty car that was empty and I needed to put $10 in to get to and from the dealership they took 1/4 tank from me . Never take your car here they shouldn't even be open if you ask me. I read other reviews and upselling and making people feel cheated by the service is not a new thing. More
Wanted to write a quick review that reflected the outstanding service I recieved yesterday. A Subaru tech (Brandon) took his time and fixed a minor issue with my service notice on the dash. This was outstanding service I recieved yesterday. A Subaru tech (Brandon) took his time and fixed a minor issue with my service notice on the dash. This was also on his time (remember the techs get flat rate). He fixed it quickly and I was on my way. Honestly it was appreciated and the fact was he went above and beyond. I definitely know which tech I will ask for to service my car. More
This dealership is horrible. We were having problems with transmission which was under warranty. They had car for three hours they say yes it’s covered. Had to wait for new transmission then they have my car transmission which was under warranty. They had car for three hours they say yes it’s covered. Had to wait for new transmission then they have my car for a day and half then call and say it’s not covered saying my mechanic put wrong fluid in. I might add my mechanic is a Subaru mechanic that works on subaru cars daily I cannot fathom how they came to this conclusion when the had all information about the car prior saying it was covered. These people are crooks and try everything to get out of paying. This has left me with a very bad feeling and will NEVER use this dealership again.The service manager was very rude and condescending to myself and my mechanic as well. We were told if you’re not having us fix your car then you must remove it immediately but you can’t drive it. We arranged to have it removed as I didn’t trust them at this point to do the job properly they are crooks don’t use them. I have reached out to Subaru Canada head office to file an official complaint. More

Did not have parts available for appointment that were ordered 2 weeks prior.....had to return. Tried to charge $26 to install a cargo net I ordered ....a 30 second job. Charge a miscellaneous service ch ordered 2 weeks prior.....had to return. Tried to charge $26 to install a cargo net I ordered ....a 30 second job. Charge a miscellaneous service charge of $3.50 and $4.00 on 2 separate visits. Supposedly for misc expenses of running garage. Management responded in google review that fee was env disposal fee but invoice shows a separate charge on oil change invoice fir govt EHC fee so doesn’t jive. High labour fees ...$130/hr. Not satisfied! More

a NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!! our car with the faulty CVT that Subaru Canada and USA have recalled is NOT GOING to be fixed by Subaru hamilton.
