WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER FROM DAY 1 THE SERVICE WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT, AFTER THE CAR BEING THERE FOR 6 PLUS WEEKS IT TOOK MYSELF TO CONTACT SUBARU CANADA TO GET A CALL BACK. FROM DAY 1 THE SERVICE WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT, AFTER THE CAR BEING THERE FOR 6 PLUS WEEKS IT TOOK MYSELF TO CONTACT SUBARU CANADA TO GET A CALL BACK. AT WHICH POINT I WAS TOLD THE CAR HAS YET TO BE LOOKED AT. AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS ADDRESSED TO MUCH HIGHER MANAGEMENT. I FINALLY GOT A CALL FROM A SALES MANGER THAT THE CAR WAS NOW BRANDED DUE TO ABUSE. ITS A SHAME SUBARU CAN ADVERTISE THERE CARS TO BE BUILD FOR PERFORMANCE. NOT THE CASE! Right place to buy your Subaru- Awesome Customer service We were looking for our first Subaru car, and we wanted to check out different dealership for availability of different trims and packages. As soon, we entered, we were greeted by Sales person Mohammed Khan, His experience and knowledge in Subaru vehicle was amazing, he took time to go through different models and vehicles, explaining each feature in detail. Unlike few other sales team, he never pushed us to buy any particular vehicle or trim, he gave us the time to take our decision and decide on the vehicle. The whole process was very smooth, he kept us informed on loan process and all formalities. On the day of delivery, he was prompt and sat with us to explain the vehicle functionalities in detail and made sure, we were comfortable with the vehicle before handing over the keys. The overall buying experience has been amazing with wonderful customer service.
