My wife and I were in the market to buy two vehicles. Subaru was on e of our top interest as my sister and brother in law both own Subaru. Went on a Saturday, we had zero help, tried to talk to any sales rep , we finally gave up after 30 min and went over to the Honda dealer. Yes it was a Saturday and it was busy. The dealership should have had a better operating process to work with potential new customers. We left the dealership frustrated and angry More

Used, 2024 we drove three hours to see this vehicle they lied on the phone. They told us it was not in an accident. It actually was the car was dirty to hide the marks. Manager said not willing to help or negotiate I’d be embarrassed, showing a car that dirty. we know they left the car dirty dirty so you could couldn’t see all the mistakes scratches and a big gouge in the front. Sneaky not very nice people to deal with would never recommend them. Went to a different dealership a little further away bought bought a 2024 their loss I would not recommend this place. Do not go to this place. More
