I recently purchased a used 2019 hyundai santa fe essential that some one trade in from Subaru of Brampton. Mohamed khan was the salesperson and he didn't deliver on his words . He promised me to fix the rear bumper that was damaged on the vehicle but to my surprise on my pickup day it was never fix , I was never ever informed upfront that it can't be fixed. I spoke to the manager there but wasn't helpful. I leave with my vehicle unhappy. They take my hard earned money and didn't fix what needs to be fixed as I was promised. Poor customer service. Very bad experience. I would give this dealership a rating of 2.5 out of 5 . STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More
