Service tres mauvais - pietre qualite/very bad service Got my Subaru a year ago, went twice to service the car as per Subaru maintenance schedule. Each time they did not clean the car, they even dirty the car with dirty fingers on my car seats. After complaining the receptionist cleaned the car herself, not even the mechanics. Also when I bought the car they told me they had brand new 4 season tires. Well, when I changed my winter tires 2 weeks ago for the 4 season tires, it turned out that 2 tires were completely warned, they were not new tires. They lied to me. Lately just as I was going to service my car a third time at 51,000 KM, I had to add 1 liter of motor oil. When I did this I realized they had never changed my oil when I was charged for this the first two times I went to service the car. Now it is finished with me I will never go there again to service my Subaru, I am now going to another Subaru dealer. I do not trust them at all, and am under the impression they are fraudulently charging me for repairs and maintenance that they are not doing. They never went the extra mile to apologies or to solve the problem, instead they are arrogant and unfriendly. I do not know how come they are still in business. Obviously from all the reviews, I am not the only one to be fed up with them. More

Subaru Outaouais/Gatineau frauded me - a bunch of liars! I bought an used Subaru Outback at this dealership for 19k in cash! AFTER 10 DAYS MY CAR GOT BROKEN! Before the purchase I HAVE BEEN TOLD that t I bought an used Subaru Outback at this dealership for 19k in cash! AFTER 10 DAYS MY CAR GOT BROKEN! Before the purchase I HAVE BEEN TOLD that the dealership provides for all used vehicles a BUMPER-TO-BUMPER warranty valid for one month/1.700 km. 12th day of purchase I called them to report the defect. After 5 DAYS of negotiation THEY HAVE SAID THAT I ACTUALLY DO NOT HAVE A BUMPER-TO-BUMPER WARRANTY (with no explanation) and that I will need to pay for check up and repair. Am I from Mars or what??? I wanted to talk to their General Manager to clarify the things out, but he was very very busy to call me back. And before a purchase he was always there/available for me! There are some other things which I have seen there and think people should know about. But I'm planning to write a blog with a detailed information soon and post a link to. SHAME ON YOU SUBARU Outaouais/Gatineau!!! I hope you are all happy now after taking my bloody-earned money. I cannot go anywhere with my family now... Special thanks to the General Manager!!! Beware people, they do not do a car inspections at all, until you don't notice a defect... Make special attention to what is written in a sales contract because 95% what they have told you is lie!!! Maintenant le Bluetooth fait defaut et malgré une garantie prolongé dispendieuse avec option multimedia bien... Surprise la radio n'est pas couverte. 1500$ la remplacer donc je n'ai rien a dire contre la voiture mais S.V.P n'achetez pas chez Subaru Outaouais. Allez en ontario, a Montréal ,peu importe. More

Beware! We purchased a used Subaru vehicle from this dealership in December 2016. Before i go any further, I will assume our fault in purchasing a vehicle during the winter months in the evening for not have good light to examine the car. The salesman was awesome - I mean he sold us the car on a Wednesday evening and told us that he would come in on the Friday (his day off) to "deliver" the car to us. We said that this was not necessary, we didn't hear back...on the following Monday i contacted the dealership to see when we could pick up the car and they advised me on the Thursday. I expressed that my disappointment in having to wait 8 days to pick up the car - I was even told by the manager that should i wish to cancel the deal that i was free to do so! We picked up us the car on December 8, 2016. On December 30 the car has a flat tire. We fill it up to see if it was a slow leak...and it happened again. We brought the car into 2 different garage and they both confided that 2 tires were finished and that 1 tire had already 2 patches on it. Dealership took absolutely no responsibility for selling us a vehicle with nearly finished tires. The inside of the car was also not properly cleaned when i picked it up. I had to spend over 1 hour cleaning the inside of it properly. We also had to change both wipers as the ones on the vehicle were done. All this to say - avoid this dealership, find a different Subaru dealership. We will never return here nor recommend these folks to anyone. We feel that we were lied to and cheated. We are extremely disappointed in the after sale service. More
