Amazing service!!! I was on my way to check out what Stricklands had for used cars when my car died. I called the lot and Julie Burtch answered. She came and picked myself and my daughter up at my dead car in Stratford, and over the following 4 hours, jumped through hoops looking for and showing me cars that best suited my budget and lifestyle. Finally, just at closing time, I signed the paperwork for my new used 2010 Hyundai Accent. 2 days later I picked up my fully saftied vehicle. It was clean and smelled brand new! I am so happy with my car and the service from Julie. I have already recommended the lot and Julie to 2 others! And I plan on continuing telling people! There were none of the high pressure sales tactics that I have experienced at other dealerships, yet the sales staff were always available to answer questions. The thing that I found particularly gratifying was that my dealer took his commitments seriously. When appointments were made, he made sure that he was available at the time agreed. When deliveries were promised, the dealer came through to the letter and beyond. To be fair this is early days,, but I get the sense that this is a dealership that will stand behind its commitments going forward.
