Great Experience Grandpa Ray and his wife Joyce needed a new car. His 14 year old Buick had given up serving them anymore- their son-in-law and Grandson-In-Law decide Grandpa Ray and his wife Joyce needed a new car. His 14 year old Buick had given up serving them anymore- their son-in-law and Grandson-In-Law decided to push them to get something newer, on an agreed evening the 3 generations struck off to check out possibilities, our grandson-in-law is a full fledged motor mechanic, and at his suggestion we went first to Stickland Toyota Auto Dealership in Stratford. We were met by a most congenial, understanding, informative salesman, Damion Riley- we were shown throughout this new dealership and all were super impressed in general, and were blown away upon looking at the uheard of, cleanest repair bays workshop, (admittedly this was after shop work hours). The showroom was aglow with 6 or so shiny to showroom perfection assorted Toyota vehicles. Mr. Riley gave us all the information required, without high pressure, but giving us assurance that we need not look further in out auto search. We were offered to take a short test drive of the 2015 Toyota Corolla that was on the lot among a huge choice of various models of new autos's (Toyota). Once again all 3 of us were satisfied beyond expectation with this whole experience. Satisfaction was a little surprising, considering this was to be the first of several auto dealerships we thought we might have to visit to reach a decision- no so. We left with all we needed to make an overnight decision- which was accomplished the following morning with a phone call from Damion with the price point we were looking for. The new Corolla was ready to pick up the next day by noon, and my wife Jo and I drove in, signed all the necessary papers and she very happily drove home in our NEW Corolla and I followed in the 14 year old Buick which was given the last trip, to an auto wrecking yard 2 days later. May it rest in peace, as both Jo and I are with our super NEW Corolla which we are very comfortable with and feel secure. Jo and Ray Bennett More

The whole process felt like a conversation with a long time friend with absolutely no pressures at anytime. Everything went smoothly and I had my vehicle sooner than originally communicated, no problems with anything...but when your purchasing a Toyota perfection is expected and delivered.
