Great buying experience I wanted a car with excellent gas mileage and the Prius has always been at the top of the list but I felt I couldn't afford one. I had never driven one so thought I should and hopefully I would hate it. I loved it but it cost more than what I wanted to spend. Julie (I was happy to have a woman salesperson as men often think women don't know how to buy cars) didn't try to pressure me and quickly found a car in my price range to test drive - a Honda hybrid. I didn't like it as much as the Prius so I left without a car. The next day I came in to test drive a Smart Car but it had just been sent to Windsor. I impulsively said "I'll take the Prius" and I have not regretted it in the least. You get what you pay for and it is a wonderful vehicle. Julie made the experience painless (despite it being over my budget) and has made a few followup calls to make sure I am still happy. A month later Evan (tech) looked into the intermittent mystery noise and didn't make me feel stupid when he diagnosed it as a normal noise. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. I recommend them highly. More

Friendly We purchased a 2015 Tundra and wanted a bug deflector so the service manager ordered us one and called to tell us it was in. He made an appointment f We purchased a 2015 Tundra and wanted a bug deflector so the service manager ordered us one and called to tell us it was in. He made an appointment for it to be installed on Friday at noon. I arrived at the dealership 15 mins before my appointment. I went to the service desk and spoke to Peter who couldn't find an appointment or the deflector. I told him who had called and said it was in and to come at this time to have it installed. Peter took the time to find the deflector which didn't show in their computer and squeezed us in to get it installed. He could easily have told me to make another appointment and come back another day, but Peter put customer service first and went above and beyond to make sure the work was done. More
