I recently visited Hyundai as my previous vehicle was at the end of its life span. Trading in my five year old Civic was not something I had to do. The car still looked like new, and drove like new. However, I wanted a new car with new technology, and the 2012 Elantra certainly fille to do. The car still looked like new, and drove like new. After extensive research I eliminated all other similar sized/priced cars (including the new Civic) in favour of the Elantra, and it's a bonus that the new styling looks great also. I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Sheryle. She is personable, professional and knowledgeable about her products. No games, no pressure tactics, just a comfortable experience. I purchased an excellent vehicle at a reasonable price, and they even took the time to call my insurance company to transfer coverage over to the Elantra. It was refreshing change from the last dealership we bought from.. and much more helpful then the other Hyundai dealers that I also contacted before settling on Streetsville Hyundai. On top of it all, William took about 1/2 hour to go outside and show me how each and every feature of the new car works!!! This was ideal for me, as I was not sure how some of the features actually worked.. as it was a long weekend when I picked up my new car - Will even gave me his cell phone number should I have any questions.
