This was our first brand new car purchase and we did not know anything about the process, yes which meant we were a little nervous. But William @ the dealership put us at ease. Had some snags with service department in arranging follow-up appointment to have the car re-detailed. No apology from the service dept for having to return to complete a prepaid (PDI) service. More

All the standard sales techniques go out the window with him and that's such a refreshing thing to experience. We got a brand new 2012 Hyundai Elantra from Streetsville Hyundai. Sheryle and Jason were amazing at making us feel comfortable with our purchase.
